We bought this chocolate milk today , July 28th and when we were about to drink it, thank God we checked the date, because It was expired. This is the 3rd time that this is happening and we are not so happy about this.

Hands down the WORSE Shipleys EVER! I loathe this specific location. Just as other comments state, this location has THE RUDEST workers EVER! They lie about prices and their attitudes suck! The drive thru menu is upside down and backwards and so you have to either know what you want or ask them and they act as if it’s a burden to go through what they have. And have the NERVE to want a tip?!?! And what happened to the recipe??? The glazed donuts use to have alot more glaze all over. Now they look like plain unglazed donuts. And today they tasted weird. I came back to this location out of being too tired to go to another location. I’d rather go to another location or go without than to spend my money in a place with a rude staff and horrible donuts as this one! And I assume the kolaches were ok bc I didn’t hear any complaints from my family.

I come regularly because of the location. But it’s always uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The 2 older ladies are very rude, I ordered a small apple juice and she gave me a large one. As it’s for a toddler, i simply asked for an exchange EVEN THOUGH IS OBVIOUS THERES IS A PRICE DIFFERENCE AND I DID NOT ASK FOR THE DIFFERENCE SHE STILL SNAPPED AT ME.
I usually come 2-3 times a week. But will not be coming any longer.

The workers as this location are always rude, and have given me the wrong order on two different occasions. I went inside to politely get the correct order, and the staff shoved the box back to me once correcting the order. Better staff required.
I love this shipley’s for various reasons! Obviously, one big kicker in the ol’ five star department is the taste. Mmmmmm I love the glazed donuts and the Kolaches are incredible. We went her in national donut day, a tradition our family has always celebrated, and asked if all 4 of us could get a glazed donut for free. The woman at the counter said no, we could only get one. Hehe, this was almost going to be a 3 star review but the lady played around with us. When we got back home to open up all the donuts, not only were our original items on there, but also four glazed donuts. I love the service , I love the food, I love it all! Thanks guys!

We went here cause Olivia's Donuts was closed. I always get kolaches and I've never liked Shipley's kolaches cause their breading was always hard and dry. I will eat it if I don't have other options. However, the kolache I got this morning was surprisingly soft and fluffy. Not sure if it was fresh or the dough used at this location is different from their standard locations. Though still not as buttery as the moms and pops donut shops, but still better than the standard locations.

3 stars based solely on my experience 2 days ago. They just could not seem to get my order correct.It was so bad.It took them 10 minutes to give me 2 bucks. Tried to leave, but they had my card.
