It’s just not what it used to be I got my food it was pretty good my friend got hers and the rice tasted like leftovers also when I paid the waitress took all my money and did not give me change back as if to give herself a tip which I don’t think she deserved but ok yeah not coming back unless someone invites me or I am starving on the side of the road

We eat there and we noticed there were infestation of gnats! It was so bad we couldn't take it anymore and had to leave. The bathrooms were disgusting. I almost puked being in there.

I walked in as Dasher and was very professional about it and I asked for a menu just to see if I can get lunch on the go since the order wasn’t ready. The gentleman was very rude told me to go and sit somewhere and wait for the order. I see near future I will not come back or pick up from this place. Just because I’m a dasher doesn’t mean to treat me some type of way.

Placed an order for pickup. Spent over $30. Order was made completely wrong. I was told I would be able to come back and get my order. I attempted to pick it up, but was then told they are not going to replace it. Unprofessional. Terrible service.

Food was good but we had to fight off the gnats! The gnats were literally out of control!!! We sat at the table and not at the Hibachi. We will not be going back as the wall next to our booth looked dirty and covered in gnats!
We had a great lunch as a group of 10 and worked great with all of our gluten allergies as well. My only complaint is that it gets really warm in the restaurant and the floors are very slippery.

Had a bday dinner last night. As we walked in they sat us right away. There was only about only 2 other families there. Pretty empty. But that's when all the negative started.
1. The restaurant itself was hot. It felt like 80 degrees. We were all sweating and they were not cooking yet. 2. The waiter took our drink order left and then came back for our drink order. It took about 20 min to get our drinks. Nothing really special. Mostly waters. We were hot and thirsty and hungry. 3. Another 20 min later we got our salads and soups. 4. About 15 min later the chef came out. Nothing fancy or enthusiastic but he did his job amd cooked our food. No complaint there. 5. Finally eating, but no refills on drinks. We asked but it took forever to get. We were eating and super thirsty. 6. The plates were never cleared from our table. We had empty salad bowls, soup bowls, and the empty dinner plates started adding to it. 7. The waiter then brought the cake out and only brought 5 plates, which he knew we were 11. So we started using the little bowls on the table that are used for rice. Meanwhile the table was fill of our dinner plates. We just started piling them to be able to enjoy the cake. 8. We asked for the check as well as more water and that took forever. So much that we walked to the bar and tried to asked the bartender to help us checkout. Bu this time we were sweating hot, miserable, thirsty and just ready to go.
Overall horrible experience. First and last time here. Will never be back. I'd rather drive to Baybrook for a way better experience and food

The food is delicious at Shogun. Tom was the best server we have had there. It is always a fun family experience here. It is a great place for groups or birthdays.
