I got to try the Sonny's sampler platter, which came with brisket, sausage, ribs, and a drumstick. The smoke flavor was spot on across the board. The brisket was super flavorful, and the sausage had a nice little kick that I really enjoyed. The drumstick was a great size and honestly reminded me of those turkey legs you get at the rodeo—fun and satisfying. The ribs could’ve used a bit more flavor and tenderness; I was hoping they’d fall off the bone but they were still good. The platter also came with BBQ sauce, pickles, onions, and a couple slices of white bread to round it out. Service was quick and responsive, which I really appreciated.

I was fortunate enough to be selected to sample their BBQ platter today. Everything was good and well seasoned, especially peppery which I like. Surprisingly, perhaps my favorite item was the smoked chicken leg. The BBQ sauce was respectable, but not sure whether this is their own creation or something store-bought. Overall, I can happily recommend Sinister BBQ as a solid catering option in the Pearland area.

Yum Yum! Thank you for the wonderful sampler today. Brisket was good, not dry but that rib was to die for! So meaty, with great flavor and nice and tender. The chicken was perfection with the crust being just a little crispy. It was almost too beautiful to ruin by biting, but I’m so glad I did! The sausage I only got to taste one piece because my 11 yr old was hovering and begging. All he said was “Can have the rest of the chicken too?” My piece was nice and juicy. Thank you so much for accommodating my car issues. October is birthday month so can’t wait to place an order!

We just tried Sinister BBQ for the first time today! We had chicken, ribs, brisket and sausage and must say they were all delicious and tender! The seasoning and smokey flavor was amazing and will definitely order again! 🫶👏

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sinister BBQ was delicious! Tender, juicy meat with great smoky flavor and a standout homemade BBQ sauce. Portions were generous, and you can tell they put care into the food — fresh, flavorful, and the perfect balance to the BBQ. My only suggestion would be to add a touch more seasoning to really bring the flavors to life, but overall it was still delicious and satisfying. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!
Side note: I was 1/20 taster today. It was an absolute honor!

Won a sample platter from Sinister. Communication & pick up was smooth & straight forward. From the beginning it smelled delicious & presentation was awesome. Sample platter included a beef rib, sausage, a chicken drum, a piece of brisket, 2 slices of bread, bbq sauce, onions & pickles. The brisket had a little more fatty meat than what i like, but thats more personal preference. Everything tasted delicious 10/10. It had a great smoky flavor, and was perfectly seasoned. All the food was also fully cooked, unlike others that I've had in the past. Looking forward to ordering in the future from him.
I ordered ham, Dressing, Scalloped potates, Mac & cheese,& peach Cobbler. When I went to get it I was told his wife gave my dressing & peach Cobbler. He told me at that point he would bring those items to me & a rack or ribs for my trouble. He texted me and said by noon yesterday. 2:12 pm on the day after! No call? No text. And no phone call. I won't due business there!!!

I ordered brisket and sausage from Sinister BBQ for Thanksgiving and do not regret it! It was the first time I've had their bbq, but it will not be the last. It received rave reviews from the whole family, and their customer service is outstanding. If you are looking for great barbecue and a reasonable price, look no further than Sinister BBQ!
