Ordered this horrible Italian cream cake that i've had before from this establishment. I have truly been a faithful customer for years but they have definitely lost a customer spoke with a rude rep by the name of Brittany No one called to right the wrong No one apologized the cake was purchased for me by my late Father the cake was expensive and they had the nerve to offer me 6 cupcakes after ruining my special day cake was filled with nothing but icing I will never patronize this establishment ever again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone Horrible customer service and PRODUCT

I came in on a day where they were doing a buy one get one cupcake free deal, which I thought was great! However, I was disappointed at checkout when they suddenly mentioned that you only get one free cupcake no matter how many you buy. A lot of the cupcakes on display were missing their labels so it was difficult to decide on which cupcake to choose. The cupcakes taste great and are moist! I just wish they had more flavor options like some of their competitors. However, they are a bit on the pricier side ($4.25 per cupcake) for some of their basic cupcakes. It might be worth it for one of the speciality cupcakes.

The cupcakes are good & moist. Their icing is a bit too sweet for my taste, but most people love it. They also have a small selection of ice cream! They have some cute stuff in the small shop area. If you're nearby, it doesn't hurt to try new cupcakes.

I would have to say I’m quite disappointed. I went in to purchase a salted caramel cupcake. The cupcake was so salty that I couldn’t enjoy it. There was no sweetness to it. The icing was sooo thick and cupcake itself was dry. The pricing was great but the cupcake wasn’t impressed.
