Today I went through drive-through to get smoothie like always. Paid young lady and when she reached my change to me, she dropped half of my change, close window and returned with order. So I asked about my change and she said, "what you want me to get it? I can go outsidetoget change." And I said,"I'm not getting out my car to get it". So I ask to speak to the manager. With no problem, she gave me my change and said that she will take care of the young lady. Whatever that means. This was my first time having an issue. I goes to this location at least once or twice a week. It can change though if the employees are being disrespectful ...

Messiah and the manager on duty were very rude They didn't give me my military discount and closed the drive thru window in my face when I questioned it I waved them at the window and they never returned Finally Messiah returned and Jezzel slammed the drive thru window closed in my face again Saturday October 19 Jezzel and Messiah very rude and need to be trained on customer service

It’s worth it to go 10 minutes down Broadway closer to 288 to the other location. The employees seem to dislike their job & the location on the other end of Broadway is much better in comparison. My PB Swizzle barely ever has enough peanut butter. Twice my bowl has looked thrown together. If I’m paying $13 for a smoothie bowl, I at least want it done right.

On my way to work not wanting anything too heavy, and came across a now open smoothie king location. Service was great and smoothie was a first at how smooth and flavorful it was compared to any other location I been to.
