The lady at the drive through window Amirah C. Was rude as hell she did not greet me laughing & talking to her coworkers, on her phone, when she gave me my change back I said thank you. She hurried up and closed the window on me! If you dont want to be at work find another job. Customer Service isn't for you Amirah C. Smoothie King is most likely the only job you will have with that attitude.

My first time visiting this location. Everything seemed fine until I glanced inside and watch the young man use his shirt to wipe my cup clean. I am not sure if there was a napkin shortage. He lifted up his shirt, used the inside of the shirt to wipe the cup. When I asked, did you just wipe your shirt on my cup, he stated oh it was just on the side. Of course now you have to question every health code practice in place. Obviously never again.

The manager smelled like cigarettes and even went to smoke by the dumpster while they were busy, I feel bad for her employees. Honestly so disappointing! GET BETTER MANAGERS!
