Ordered drinks on the app, arrived, and was greeted pretty quick. Took 5 minutes to get around to my order, the 5 more minutes to bring it to the car. Then the carhop was very short, your drinks, that was the extent of the delivery.

This is the 2nd time in a row I feel like this location has ripped me off. First time a few weeks ago I ordered and asked for 2 ice waters. And they charged me 1.75 for the water. I was like, that doesn’t sound right but shrugged it off. Today I went and ordered a reg. Cheese burger and asked for extra pickles and the price was 7.00 and some change. I asked if the price was correct and she said there’s an 89 cent charge for extra pickles. I was like, just cancel it. I don’t have a problem with an up charge but I’ve never been charged close to a Buck for extra pickles. I get that costs have gone up due to our booming economy, but come on. That’s fine. I’ll go somewhere else for a mediocre cheeseburger. You priced yourself out of a customer.

I arrived at 6:15 pm to the sonic at 2815 E Broadway St in Pearland, I ordered a number 4 sandwich only and a foot long hot dog, when i received my order they gave me a number 1 instead of what I asked for, we asked for it to be remade, 20 mins later it still wasn’t even done, we had to call back and tell them a second time and they hadn’t even started making it, so we decided to just ask for the money back and they said okay and we still were there for another 20 mins later, and we had to call back to remind them for the money back and we eventually got it back we didn’t leave until 7:15 pm, they wasted our time no telling how many other peoples time they have wasted and they also had workers going in groups to the dumpster and they would return giggling that’s what prompted us to finally call back after 20 mins of them not even starting the burger.

I was stolen from by one of the employees working at this location seeing how comfortable she was doing it made it feel like this wasn’t the first time. i’d given her cash and card. The first time she came back she said that the card declined, which was weird because I didn’t get a notification on my phone saying it has been declined. anywhere. I asked if she was sure that it declined. she said “yes,” so I handed her a different card and asked her how much I gave her and change she said “$1.67” and counted it out to me so it came as a surprise when I saw that my card was charged for 4.10 which was the full price. to further add the shift in attitude after I asked about the cash I’d gave her earlier made it seem like she was annoyed by the question.

It's been 20 years since I've been to Sonic, and it's as good as I remember.
Food is not as tasty as it usually is to me. Although I got an American hot dog on a couple visits and they were pretty good. Wish they would bring back the New York style hot dog.
Very disappointed with the toaster breakfast sandwich now. They have made it smaller now for a higher price. Makes no sense... ? Can no longer recommend breakfast.
