The service here is not good and your slush will never be made properly, but if you just want a quick, cheap meal, for your kids so you can go to Lowe's, Sonic may be your place.

Best sonic around!! Food is always great, the staff is always great and not once have they messed up an order. I ordered through the app and it was ready when I picked it up. Love it when I check in and the order board welcomes me back by name!! So cool 😎

Wow, finally found a Sonic that has great service through and through from the beginning to the end.. i'm gonna have to drive out of my way to pass up a couple sonics to get to this one!

Terrible.
Ordered a cream slush and not once did I get a slush. They continued to bring out sprite with a drop of ice cream in it. Nor did they try and ask or figure out why they were doing it wrong. It was terrible. Taste like water down sprite with cream. Terrible experience waste of money

Got there tried to order got told to wait. Someone else pulls up right next to me gets to order and get her food before i even got to order. On top of that i guess all their friends decided to pull up and just walked into the place. And some kid walked in there with no socks on with crocs wearing a white rocky shirt. Got so upset we just left.

Read the 1 star reviews.. . They are all accurate. They aren't isolated experiences. Been here twice and received no response to the call button for over 25mins both times. I was 'looked at' by multiple workers but no service. A bunch of unsupervised teens (they maybe older but act like teens) work here that can careless about their jobs or serving customers. Joking, playing around, on their phones, standing in the back smoking, and unsanitary in appearance. Prime location, subpar performance. Im sure the food here is a reflection of the staff, shotty at best. The outside, you guessed it, filthy. Choose another option in the area. This is not the Sonic you are looking for.

Service was soooo slow and I ordered the Large pickle fries and didn't even have enough in the box for a small pickle fries. Pretty sad this is what we get.

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive-in and not a single person came to take our order. There were only about five or six cars parked, so it definitely wasn’t busy. From where I was, I saw four high school kids running the place, laughing, goofing off, and clearly not taking their jobs seriously.
What kind of business is this? On top of that, the lack of basic hygiene was concerning. No gloves, no hairnets… just bare hands handling food. If you’re looking to be disappointed and risk eating from unclean hands, this is the place for you.
Word of advice: hire people who are actually capable of providing decent service

I ordered a reeses sonic blast and literally got ice cream in a cup. No reeses :( I'm busy and didn't have time to turn around after I left.

No need to call, you as a manager are inept to doing your job so it's no surprise that the people working for you can't do their job's. I will take my business to a different place, and you can go on running the Sonic name into the ground.

Ordered drinks on the app, arrived, and was greeted pretty quick. Took 5 minutes to get around to my order, the 5 more minutes to bring it to the car. Then the carhop was very short, your drinks, that was the extent of the delivery.

This is the 2nd time in a row I feel like this location has ripped me off. First time a few weeks ago I ordered and asked for 2 ice waters. And they charged me 1.75 for the water. I was like, that doesn’t sound right but shrugged it off. Today I went and ordered a reg. Cheese burger and asked for extra pickles and the price was 7.00 and some change. I asked if the price was correct and she said there’s an 89 cent charge for extra pickles. I was like, just cancel it. I don’t have a problem with an up charge but I’ve never been charged close to a Buck for extra pickles. I get that costs have gone up due to our booming economy, but come on. That’s fine. I’ll go somewhere else for a mediocre cheeseburger. You priced yourself out of a customer.
