I waited 15+ minutes… for the WRONG order! On top of that the lady who brought the drinks could not let me know which drink was what. If I’m going to wait that long for shakes and service I expect them to be correct and to at least know what each drink is.

I was at the Pearland, Texas Sonic location. The address is 10101 Broadway Street. I had ordered the number 12 combo. Was consisted of crispy tenders five piece, price in a medium Dr Pepper. It was the worst that I have ever tasted of any Sonic that I go to. I spent almost $11 and the food was real tough and hard to chew. I'm surprised that I didn't choke on it. I truly love Sonic!❤️ The food is always on point. 🥳My family and I had the best experience we've ever had at a Sonic because of our server Isabella. She was so busy and yet kept a smile on her face the whole time. 😁Very professional and attentive. We'll continue to come. The only negative I would give is the lack of care of the gardens. Sonic is next to Chick-fil-A which has extremely high standards. In comparison Sonic doesn't seem to care at all about the atmosphere it provides for its customers.☹️

The blasts are terrible and have gone down in quality, literally felt like my cup was filled with whipped cream, and it was 7 dollars, for a watered down milkshake.... they definitely cheaped out on their blasts, just go to DQ. I recorded the video after putting it in the freezer and as expected it was still not thick, the formula is so bad, it's like it's air and whipped cream instead of actual icecream. Such a waste of money

Had to get in the line to tell them I’ve been waiting on the order i placed, they finally bring the other and they gave me no sauces for the chicken fingers and the wrong drink!!
