Amazing Amazing Amazing hot to order fresh food. Not only that Trey the manager takes pride in his store and staff. Everyone should try this Sonic on Bailey Rd Pearland Tx. I’ve stop going to Sonic because the food is not fresh when order but this place makes it when you order it. If you like Sonic the old school way I promise you you will not be disappointed.

first impression when walking into to this location, the lobby was cleaned, the young lady behind the counter greeted me when i walked in, she was friendly and help me with any questions about the menu i was undecided on what to get, i ended up picking a ultimate cheese burrito, and a cold brew coffee everything was good i will definitely come back for a burrito

Had an amazing customer service experience today from Lisa! From start to finish she was amazing. Professional and kind from the greeting to the thank you. Every business has 1 thing in common customer service. You either have it or you don't and let me tell you Lisa has it!! You just don't get that level of service any longer at any drive through any business. Thank you Lisa!!!

All of you fast food places need to recognize that without us you've got NOTHING!! W will likely not go here again possibly no more Sonic period. {Edit edit: This store is rapidly turning into an abismal excuse for a Sonic. Sauce is inherently an extra charge here. My wife ordered pickle fries. Historically they come with a sauce however she was told that it's an extra charge FOR ONE nit for more than one for one ranch.}(EDIT: So there's a particular employee at this location, Fabiola, that seems to have a distasteful attitude. Every time my wife goes thru the drive thru and has to talk to her it's drama. She's rude and flippant. We were excited at first because it's closer, however we may stop going here all together.) 2⭐ demotion.
This is a brand new location. Attached to a convenience store. A unique feature for a Sonic - INDOOR dining. Yep, a small dining room. The staff was super friendly. Food was as expected from Sonic, good. The service was exceptionally fast. Now it was zero busy at the time of our visit however I feel this is an indicator of peak time service, if I may speculate. Great job keep up the good work.

I have had several issues with this particular lady behind the counter. She is always short, rude, and innatennive with me. This visit I had to ask her 3 times if the sandwich came with mayo before she answered me with an inappropriate attitude. I also got extra charges for tomatoes and onions. Every little thing Sonic can charge for, they WILL charge for. This is too many bad experiences with Sonic in one day. Is there a friendly location?

I walked in because I was having issues with my app, Trey was very patient helping me, did a great job running the counter, and the drive through by himself (he had 1 cook!) my drink order and dinner were prepared perfectly. And he reminded me it is 1/2 price shake season!! ** use the app and just drive through and tell them your name, since they don’t have stalls.

I go thru the drive through at least twice a week for ice cream. Their manager, Trey has always been super nice, and always asks about my fur babies and knew our names after our first visit. He does a great job and always has a big smile on his face.
