Overall, the food was great. I thought that the macaroni and cheese would’ve been a little better but it wasn’t bad. I didn’t stay long but the atmosphere seemed pretty nice. Anyway, the cornbread is so delicious it’s the best I ever tasted. I will be returning and also getting my holidays meals from here. The only reason I didn’t give it 5-stars was I thought the macaroni and cheese would have tasted a little better.
Came across this place on Google during my search for soul food near by. The young lady taking orders was very nice & helpful. I tried the pork chop dinner with collard greens & yams. Very tasty & a nice portion for your $. Will return back soon to try seafood.

Warm and welcoming. I got a pork chop plate to go with greens and mac and cheese. It was definitely my cheat meal and it was so good and because the drive was like 20 minutes...one of those pork chops did not make it to the house. No judgment please.
