Midways into the drink my daughter was grossed out with the slimmy bugger once she placed on the lid it dried out. We took it back up there and was told that it came from another particle of mixing. They are nasty guys be careful this is a tramatic experience!!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location for years, and I’ve generally had a good experience. However, over the past two years, my feelings have started to change.
I live in Houston but work in this area, so I come to this location because it's convenient for my commute. I usually place my mobile order while I’m still on 288, before I even reach the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway). Despite ordering ahead, my drink is often not ready when I arrive, and I end up waiting — which defeats the purpose of ordering early.
What’s frustrating is that there are usually about six staff members working, but only one or two seem to be making drinks (one for the drive-thru and one for in-store orders). It’s hard to understand why more people aren’t helping to get the orders out when there are customers waiting. This delay has become common enough that I’ve started limiting how often I come to this location.
To make matters worse, there have been times when my drink wasn’t made correctly. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to wait for a remake, as I’m usually close to being late for work. I typically visit during the 6:00 AM hour when it’s not even busy, so the slow service is especially frustrating.
On a positive note, the staff is generally friendly and welcoming. Some even recognize me since I visit frequently. There's one African American woman — I believe she may be a manager — who consistently stands out. She greets customers, communicates clearly about drink status, and delegates well to keep things moving. When she’s working, the experience is much better.
I truly hope this review helps encourage improvements at this location. I would hate to stop coming here, as I love Starbucks and appreciate the convenience — but the ongoing delays are becoming too much to overlook.

I’ve had multiple problems at this location. Drinks are very inconsistent. One time I had a feather floating with the strawberries in my pink drink. I’m sitting here for a remake and they’re just huddled up talking about how nasty this customers drink is and all tried little samples of it.

This has got to be the the worst starbucks I have ever been to. The service is horrible tha baristas barely do their job. I have never had an issue with asking for something on the side from my drink but here. Take the extra time and drive to the one down the road in front of Randalls they are way nicer and very helpful.

I visited the location on July 8th around 4:00pm and had a very horrible experience. First of all, I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my order to be taken which is unacceptable. There were three employees working at the time and they were focused on getting orders out instead taking customers' orders. It seems like the customers in the drive thru were getting their orders faster than the customers on the inside.

In addition, I recently broke my ankle which I parked in handicap parking. I was unable to walk up the handicap ramp slope because it was being blocked by a vehicle. So, I had step on the curb which put me at a risk for falling. The ramp should never be blocked because customers with handicaps need to proper access to the store. I did inform one of your female staff members.

I visit a Starbucks location from once to twice a week and I never experienced this type of bad service.

I reached out to the Store Manager, Heather via email and never received a response.

I normally love coming to this Starbucks, especially for my go-to drink: a Matcha Frappuccino with strawberry purée. It’s a unique combo and usually makes a pretty pink drink that I genuinely enjoy.

This time, I asked (as I always do) for the drink with a lot of strawberry purée. As I was ordering, the sweet girl taking my order was cut off by another employee who rudely interrupted to ask what size I wanted. I responded, but the person continued to talk over me and was noticeably aggressive. At that point, I just said I was done ordering—it was uncomfortable and uncalled for.

When I pulled up to the window, I was handed a regular green Matcha Frappe—no strawberry purée at all. I politely mentioned that it wasn’t right, but the employee with long black hair and braids told me I was wrong and insisted that this was what I ordered. I’ve had this drink many times and know exactly what it’s supposed to look like.

Instead of helping or remaking it, I was dismissed and made to feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. It was frustrating and disappointing—especially when I was respectful and clear from the start.

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life . The girl who took my order made me wait almost 30 minutes for my drink before telling me she didn’t have a drink for me . Not only was she the one who took my order but then told me to my face there was no order for my drink . I left empty handed and they kept my money . Worst location in the USA .
