Tyriq was a breath of fresh air on the drive thru mic today!!!!! Hubby and I pulled up wanting to try something new but also unsure of what to try. He told us what was in the drinks WITH A SMILE THAT WE COULD FEEL FROM THE BOX! It really makes a difference. He was the epitome of service with a smile! “He said it’s a great day, I’m alive and I have a job!” Who can argue with that?

Great service, good coffee, and nice space to hang during the day if you need a spot with WiFi. Tyrique is cool and a good barista. Only note I’ll add if you need a quiet space, studying is a challenge right after school lets out. Aside from that this is a solid Starbucks to come back to.

worst and slowest starbucks i’ve ever been to
Service is always great at this Starbucks. I usually order my drink through the app, and it’s always ready as soon as I arrive, which is super convenient. Plus, the barista Jasmine is always so friendly and makes the experience even better.
The staff is very friendly, they are like family. They acknowledge me by name. The environment is joyful and comforting. Drinks are awesome and they offer new options when like me I always ask for the same drink.

This Starbucks has truly become part of my daily routine. I’ve been a regular here for quite some time, and the team never fails to brighten my mornings. The employees are always cheerful, welcoming, and even know me by name—which makes every visit feel personal.
Although I have an espresso machine at home, working remotely means I enjoy stepping out at least once a day, and this spot is perfect for that. The atmosphere is inviting, with great music and a cozy vibe whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee to go or settling in to relax.
A special shoutout to Vicki, one of the amazing baristas, whose kindness and skill consistently set the tone for my day. I truly appreciate her work and the positive energy she brings.
Highly recommend this Starbucks for anyone looking for excellent coffee, friendly service, and a welcoming environment.

The best location is the one on Broadway by target. I hate to disclose my secrets, but this one actually fills the cup. Which I am really happy to see because I have bought drinks at other locations and they only fill at 3/4 of the way.

Midways into the drink my daughter was grossed out with the slimmy bugger once she placed on the lid it dried out. We took it back up there and was told that it came from another particle of mixing. They are nasty guys be careful this is a tramatic experience!!
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location for years, and I’ve generally had a good experience. However, over the past two years, my feelings have started to change.
I live in Houston but work in this area, so I come to this location because it's convenient for my commute. I usually place my mobile order while I’m still on 288, before I even reach the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway). Despite ordering ahead, my drink is often not ready when I arrive, and I end up waiting — which defeats the purpose of ordering early.
What’s frustrating is that there are usually about six staff members working, but only one or two seem to be making drinks (one for the drive-thru and one for in-store orders). It’s hard to understand why more people aren’t helping to get the orders out when there are customers waiting. This delay has become common enough that I’ve started limiting how often I come to this location.
To make matters worse, there have been times when my drink wasn’t made correctly. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to wait for a remake, as I’m usually close to being late for work. I typically visit during the 6:00 AM hour when it’s not even busy, so the slow service is especially frustrating.
On a positive note, the staff is generally friendly and welcoming. Some even recognize me since I visit frequently. There's one African American woman — I believe she may be a manager — who consistently stands out. She greets customers, communicates clearly about drink status, and delegates well to keep things moving. When she’s working, the experience is much better.
I truly hope this review helps encourage improvements at this location. I would hate to stop coming here, as I love Starbucks and appreciate the convenience — but the ongoing delays are becoming too much to overlook.

They did not add my extra dragon fruit pieces that I paid for. I even asked him and he lied to me. SMH

I’ve had multiple problems at this location. Drinks are very inconsistent. One time I had a feather floating with the strawberries in my pink drink. I’m sitting here for a remake and they’re just huddled up talking about how nasty this customers drink is and all tried little samples of it.
