What is up Starbucks here. Place is a mess every time I come in the store. What's the point of ordering on the App if they are never on time. Last 3 times, I ordered on the app there's been a 20+ min wait.

Service and drinks have always been good. It's just not my preferred location because after the high school kids are out, it's very loud. It's the afterschool hangout I guess. The kids will take chairs from where you're sitting without even asking, will sit really close to you because they're all trying to squeeze into a seat. It's just uncomfortable and no one tells them anything. It's also impossible to keep studying/working with all their noise. I feel bad for the staff because it's an awkward situation to be in.

This is the second time that I come to this store and get the same horrible service. These guys invented horrible customer service! You cannot beat this! In both occasions, I went around the same time. Betwen 5pm and 7pm. Received the same poor service. There were 3 people inside, 2 gentlemen and a lady. Seemed to be a 4th person jamming music in their private space. One guy was making the drinks for the DT and the lady was just wandering around. No one ever acknowledged my presence nor said hi. All three of them came close to me, saw me standing the whole time. Never said anything! I wasted close to 20min before the lady and I finally made eye contact forcing her to come with an attitude asking what I want! Someone needs to do something about this shenanigans!

I placed my coffee order at the drive-through. When I reached the drive-through window, I paid the cashier, and he handed me my coffee. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking as he didn't even acknowledge me, I had to confirm my total with him and he didn't even say thank you. I was the one who said thank you- . Not a pleasant guy at all! After passing me the coffee, he informed his coworker to assist the next car and mentioned that he needed to blow his nose, which was quite off-putting. I couldn't help but wonder if he had just handed me my coffee with an unclean hand, given his comment about needing to blow his nose. I contemplated asking for a new coffee because I had concerns about the hygiene of the person handling my order, especially after his remark about blowing his nose. But I needed to be somewhere and I didn't have the time for a remake. It's essential that employees are advised not to make such comments about blowing their noses when serving customers. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. Overall, it was a disappointing service experience. I was never provided with my receipt! If he is going to work with customers he needs to have better service and that is not acceptable for him to talk about blowing his nose in front of customers especially when it comes down to serving drinks!!! Please do better!
