I've been s customer for several years& have been buying both product & company stock for a few years. Twice of all these years, I have had to Door dash due to incapacities. Both times, the order was delivered & sealed shut. Yesterday was not any different. But both times, I have been missing items which means money value. The first time, I called & the pain I spoke to apologized. I was told O could come by for the items. I Couldn't of course

They NEVER make my drink correctly. It’s literally the easiest thing it’s like they ignore whatever is on the ticket and do it however they want every single time. Not to mention always have to wait at least 10 minutes when it’s not even busy

This is the BEST Starbucks in the entire Pearland, Friendswood, Webster area. The morning crew and manager and so friendly, fast, and great! I will drive out of my way to go to this location because all the other Starbucks can't compete and end up disappointing.

Usually ordering ahead means it will be ready before and you won't have to wait another 15 minutes after driving 10 mins. This is the second time we order and the drinks aren't made. Why do you have a time the drinks will be ready if you don't follow the time.

This store used to be one of my favorite. Very consistent not only in making the drinks the same but also customer service. And now it’s crap. I’ve been trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. Honestly can someone train these people right. Do you not have customer service training???

I had to send a quick important email on my laptop while traveling.
I stopped at this Starbucks sat down and worked on writing an email.
WITHIN 5 MINUTES A BARISTA MAYBE THE MANAGER APPROACHED ME AND SAID AM I GOING TO PURCHASE SOMETHING
I said I need to send this email ASAP.
I told her doesn’t worry I spend over $300 dollars a months in Starbucks alone.
I had to get some work down right now.
She said and I quote verbatim
“THE POLYCI IS TO PURCHASE SOMETHING BEFORE SITTING DOWN. “
Stunned I said I will. I was planning to buy one of those expensive 6 dollar energy drafting fruit drinks anyways

I sit and write my stories at particular Starbucks stores because of the staff. Jason's team is the best. Management matters! Generally, get to know enough baristas long and well enough, sooner or later, loose lips will leak disparaging words. It's never happened here! Top to bottom and dusk to dawn, this store's team is so genuine and congenial that some of us traded contact info. We keep in touch as friends. Thanks, Jason, for hiring awesome humans and maintaining a happy and productive environment. Made the mistake of coming here after I said I wouldn't anymore because it was all I could find. It's been 3 or 4 years since I stepped foot to Starbucks and I regretted this deeply. I ordered a matcha tea which was absolutely horrible one Sip and I ended up gulping down a bunch of powdered crap that was not mixed in! Through it straight to the trash right there at the entrance. Then after I got in the car discovered that the biscotti that I bought was freaking stale! Never could find a date on it anywhere probably from 6 years ago. Starbucks used to be my go to spot when I was traveling back when they used organic soy milk but after they jacked up all their prices and simultaneously decreased the quality of everything that they offered to s*** I dropped them like a rock. Next time if I can't find anything else I will do without!

Came inside to take our time eating and enjoying drinks. We had the bacon gouda egg breakfast sandwich, warmed chocolate chip cookies, chocolate milk and hot chestnut praline latte. My all time favorite holiday drink. Came on a Sunday 8am and they were so busy! Inside,drive thru, and app orders coming in and out. They handled it so great, patient, friendly staff and they were all working quickly to fulfill each order. Everything was good. All the small tables along wall have outlets too which is nice!
