This location was very much like Starbucks of old. I dropped in around 7:30 on a Monday morning. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door and had a very nice chat with the cashier. She gave me a recommendation for one of the holiday drinks and also let me know that they still had the fall drinks available. While I waited for my drink, I overheard a conversation with another customer that was just as warm as mine, as well as hearing them greet one of the regular customers...
More awareness of the other baristas in the back. The lovely girl working the register taking order and making drinks was by herself three more people came in after I ordered plus two online orders. Until finally she had to go grab her coworkers to come help. I know they could her the difference in noise level. They should have came out to help her before hand. She handled it so well.
