Starbucks inside KROGER is under construction / remodeling…… that’s not really an issue, BUT the surly and rude barista IS. If I say “hello” to you and your first ONLY response IS, “can I get you anything?” Then THAT shows that have NO basic manners….

Kimli was very rude as soon as I said hello. If you hate your job or people, then don't work in customer service. The drink was not the best to have to deal with attitude. Wish I could give 0 stars. Also, the napkin dispensers are super dusty.

Tried spicy mango, dragon fruit tea. Love their passion tea but.....this with added pepper is neither good nor is it enjoyable. Why, just why would anyone want to add cayenne pepper to their tea?? That's just weird and it does not taste good. Tea is to be enjoyed for the tea leaves. Not covered up in sugar and pepper. Who makes tea at home then grab the pepper shaker and puts it in?? Nobody Starbucks. If your high already you may create this and like it but normal tea drinking people that aren't smoking weed or on something do not like this. No Starbucks this is a huge miss.

Very filthy, the floors behind the counter looks like sewage water been passing through. I had to tell the guy to wash his hands after seeing him bent down wiping the floor with a towel.

Connie is the BEST batista! She always gets my order right and makes great suggestions when I need substitutions. She really goes the extra mile. It would be great if Starbucks offered more sugar free syrups options. It seems like there's only vanilla. ?

I go to a Pearland Starbucks order my normal brown sugar/cinnamon drink with two extra pumps extra cinnamon sprinkle cost almost $9.00 I add a two dollar tip, got it in my truck and a drink 4 (FOUR) swallows and the drink is GONE. They put enough ice for three drinks. This is really embarrassing.

I wish if I can give them no star. There is no word can explain how much that it is disgusting. Finding bugs in my drink that i paid for it. And that made me though up all the thing in my stomach. Very disappointing.??????????????????????

This Starbucks is VERY slow I’ve never waited this long for a drink there was two people in front of me, I’ve never experienced such slow pace making drinks. Please train your baristas to move at a faster pace. People in the line looked frustrated as well.
