My only inconvenient is that latte it have a lot of milk, and you can barely taste de coffee in it 😅

I just wanted to stand up for your Partners.Because a good boss has partners that aren't afraid of their boss. You can give them room to make mistakes that they can grow on.But I don't want to argue with the server weather.I picked up my order or not when I haven't picked up my order. I do really like you guys. Life experiences way more valuable than Micro management. I'm seriously not happy with corporate Starbucks. Siriusly not happy with corporate starbucks. But you know what? So all the turnover rate, a lot of life experiences are gonna happen and I always do hope the best for you. Because of the corporate Starbucks, I only deliver for you guys and get pup cups.I don't order egg bites, Nitro, Cold Coffee or my poor shot.Macchiato that now costs fourteen dollars. So I do come by You're not my go to anymore as a corporation. I care about us that are doing the footwork, not those people in those departments that make decisions that make lights from worse.And you cannot contact them being a stockholder.So I sold my stocks too.

didn’t even fill up my drink all the way…. there’s obviously a lot of drink i lost and i’m not over exaggerating it because my drink is almost to the logo and i haven’t even drank it and not to mention how it’s a mess and so sticky !

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte hot venti and when cashier gave me the drink it felt lighter to me because the cup felt like a grande I open the cup and it was 3/4 full they didn't even fill the cup for the price I paid for a venti that's not good and I asked the cashier if that's the drinks to the customers she said yes and to me that's a rip off

So so disappointed to what happened to this location used to be my favorite stop. The drinks were always on point but now I guess I got a new barista and two days in a row my drinks have been screw and employees have attitude when you mention something, note that I already did the ordering and payed on the app to avoid this happening.

The batista made me an awesome mocha. She was quick, yet also managed to get the full amount of chocolate that the recipe calls for. Sounds basic, but I do appreciate a well-made drink!
