Wanted to order DoorDash. DoorDash said it was open. Ended up canceling my order because the owner is too lazy to turn off their DoorDash orders and lets people waste their time and money. What the hell

I will certainly not go here anywhere near closing time after reading so many nightmare stories about picking up orders then.
Went there first time Friday, 12/13/24, at 2pm. Not busy; ordered, sandwiches were good; place has "A" rating from city of Pearland on the door. Was very clean as far as we could see. My issue was the stinking music playing too loud from the overhead speaker. It sounded like two radio stations playing at the same time through a broken speaker. It was very bad. I asked the older lady putting food out if she would please turn it off, completely off. She said no, they can't control it which is ridiculous to think a store manager cannot control something as simple as the music and it's volume in his own store. Don't know if that's exactly the case but she said they couldn't do anything about the horrific noise we had to listen to while we tried to sit and enjoy our sandwiches.

I am so tired of going in here at 7pm or 8pm and the people are already putting away food and getting ready to get out of there. I went in tonight on sept.21, at 7:00pm and all the vegetables were gone and I asked the guy if they were closed and he said ,no just cleaning. He did not speak very good english. And he had the top of the meat cover blocking the meat and I could not see the meat section. I told the guy I cant see the meat, you need to open the cover. He said no I cant, i am cleaning, the he starts calling off meat they have. I said forget it, Ill go somewhere else. They barely had any bread either. Thats the worst Subway and what is bad it is across from our neghborhood but it is not something we can have,I guess. The manager of that Subway needs to be replaced. If they cant get their crap together they will be closing.

please for the love of god schedule someone else to help this poor man past 7PM. management should not allowing one singular person to run the whole store when there is a possibility of a set of 7+ internet orders that this guy has to do by himself. the gentleman behind the counter was extremely efficient and was trying his hardest, despite being entirely overwhelmed with internet orders. completely unfair to make one person responsible for two+ hours solo before close. shift is horrendously understaffed for such a workload, schedule more people later. had to wait an extra hour, was seconds from walking out before my sandwhich was being made.

Order online go to the store for pickup and they was closed people inside but wouldn't come to the door. Hours later they marked my order as it was picked up so I lost my order. Call the store they don't answer the phone left a message with the corporate office and they didn't respond. They just robbed me!!!
Place a order online to be picked up when I got there at 12:15 the were still closed they were just waving their hands saying it's closed didn't even come to the door

Even though I don't work at Premiere Cinema anymore, this Subway is my go-to location. They have the best service and the hardest workers. They almost never run out of ingredients, and their sandwiches are toasted just right almost every time.

Got to this location @8:36 with the google stating it closed at 9:00pm just to find the door locked and the chairs pulled up. Management what are you doing with your employees? Made me waste my gas for false advertisement..
OVERCHARGED!!!Teenagers don’t know how to service to customers. Never come back again!!!

Just had a sub with my son. Store was very clean and nice. Sandwiches were made perfectly. The two ladies working there were friendly and helpful.

Teenagers run this place and don't know anything about customer service. When I asked a question, the employees response was, "I don't know"... Well, can you find out??? I mean, they were rude and slow and not helpful whatsoever. I think they need to rethink who they're hiring or how they're training them! The sandwich was good though. I'll say that.
Dietary restrictions: This is much better than the alternative fast places to eat as far as being healthy.

OVER CHARGE.Ordered mozzarella only on 1 of the 3 subs and got charged for mozzarella on 2 of the 3 subs. Didn't notice until I saw the receipt at home.
