I always stop in here in a rush between work and school and as unfocused and ill mannered as I may come off- Genavive is always kind and patient with me. I was in such a rush I forgot to add condiments one morning and she double checked to make sure I was relaying my order correctly. She always gets me in and out and manages to still make a quick impact on my day. I really appreciate her kindness and understanding. I know how Customer service can suck but she greets each customer with a smile.

Came into a empty restaurant for a sandwich. Cook threw down paper after paper for like 4 sandwiches online doordash order. I asked if I could order she stated she had to make these first. I asked to reconsider as I was there and they were not. Denied. Wouldn't be big deal if I hadn't worked 129 hrs straight and on my way home. Chick fila it was

Just ate here for the second time in 2 months and was hoping our last visit was just an off time. Let me start by saying both of my kids ordered meatball subs. The meatballs were burnt and hard as a rock. Veggies didn’t look to be fresh (wilted brown lettuce and the cucumber was soggy). They were out of flat bread👎🏻

Do your self a favor and go to another location!

i went in at 10:45 AM and they were still closed. i called the store phone and they guy who answered said he over slept so he was opening late. he let me in but said his computer was down. he said that he did not know when the computer was going to be up & running. horrible

I’m leaving this review so hopefully the manager/owner is aware of what happened. Today, November 11th, I arrived to the store at 3:13 pm to find no employee behind the counter. I waited 5 minutes, just pacing in the store, and then decided to call the store number. I let the phone ring for two minutes and still nothing happened, so I walked around. I heard a young lady talking on her phone while in the bathroom, so I sat down at a table. After another 10 minutes had passed, I decided to play the drums on the table and get as loud as I could. Finally, I heard the young lady say “I think I have someone here and talk to you later”. I have never left a review for any business because everyone has a bad day but this was ridiculous. I could have taken anything in store and the only witness would have been the cameras. I could go into more details but it’s just not worth it. Good luck to you.

Tried to get food, nobody was at the counter. Tried to use the restroom and the employee was in the bathroom watching videos for 10 minutes.

I made an online order. Went to go pick up. The guy I’m thinking might be the manager, used the only ghost pepper bread for my sandwich. It was outside on the corner. He just picked it up and made the sandwich. When I got home to eat, the bread tasted SO old and it was ROCK HARD. The second sandwich I ordered was the Italian herb, it was also old tasting. Not as hard as the ghost pepper bread. Come ON. Disgusting. AVOID.
