They count the pieces of chicken when they make the sandwich, half empty like I don't know what's their problems, but super cheap location. Don't recommend this location period

LITERALLY NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY NO MATTER IF YOU PLACE YOUR ONLINE ORDER 2DAYS AHEAD ITS A WAIT I ORDERED TWO 6 inch sandwiches WAITED 30 min im currently still waiting and its 1 person in front of me who walked in like i hate this location never coming back every time its a long wait !!!!

I've never felt so uncomfortable at a Subway.
The service was rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of being greeted, I was met with attitude and short, dismissive responses.
The staff acted as if helping me was an inconvenience, rushing me through my order and being flat out mean.
A place that serves food should also serve basic respect, and this location failed at both. I won't be returning.

I saw the manager and another lady on the line treat an elderly, disabled woman soooooo bad.

Thank u to the gentleman that posted a review about the encounter it encouraged me to post even though I was kind of afraid to do it because of their threat but they r Rude ugly bad manager and employee I will never go again wish they had the owners name and number to let them know edelayda and her manager are the worst offensive people they need better management I already posted a review but years ago I posted this one which shows how long I've been going there, but I decided to change it so everyone knows these persons r bad the manager even took her cap off so I wouldn't see her name but no difference it was August 28th at 12:49 p.m hopefully the owner will see this she threatened me and was talking ugly to me refusing to use the bread I wanted when she hadn't even started the order and wouldn't put veggies on the side because according to her noone does that anyway she told the enedelia lady to cancel my order made faces and said things a long with the enedelia lady and that she was going to call the police because I was asking for her name and that I was taking her pictures which I should have and I should have called the police in front of restaurant full of people all this happened it was embarrassing and I was sad to think an employee could b so rude it wasn't even a big deal every Subway let's u pick the bread and veggies

Today I witnessed the most disgusting human action I have ever seen. The manager and Edelayda were so rude to a disabled, elderly woman today. The manager and staff were extremely disrespectful, mean, rude and just nasty.
This poor lady comes here all the time and just sits and enjoys her sandwich. The woman simply asked if she could have her veggies on the side and the manager said “NO WE DONT DO THAT HERE AND IM NOT REDOING ANYTHING!!!!” The poor lady was speechless and told the manager, please, and the manager said NO IM NOT MAKING A NEW SANDWICH JUST TO PUT EVERYTHING ON THE SIDE! It was heartbreaking. The woman probably wanted to take her sandwich home and eat it for later and didn’t want it all soiled. This truly broke my heart. These women need to apologize to this lady. I’ve already submitted the video I captured to Fox Houston, the police, Good morning Houston and all social media platforms.
This was unacceptable!!! You all should be ashamed of yourselves. This is a private owned store and not affiliated with chain but the person who owns this place, whom I have their information, and the main chain WILL be held responsible and accountable!!.
You DONOT treat our elderly disabled women like that. You don’t treat ANY PERSON LIKE THAT.

Did a mobile order and accidentally left off the toast part. Came in, asked the manager Moses if he could toast it for me and apologized for the inconvenience. He says sure, puts on gloves, walks to the back the. 10 seconds later sends someone else out to say they can’t do it. I asked why, especially when I’ve had this happen once before and another location unrolled and toasted it with no problem. So Moses was just lazy and a coward for not being able to tell me himself when he’s the “manager”. 0/10 customer service, I won’t be back.
