Visited the location in Pearland. The owner was very friendly and approachable, explained all selections in the store. We purchased peach cobbler and pecan pie. Both were amazingly delicious. The cobbler was the âbomb diggityâ, the best tasting crust and soft peaches in the filling. This will be my go-to place when near Pearland. Ample parking available.

I recently visited Cake Station, formerly known as Sugar Rush, during my trip from Pennsylvania, and let me tell you, the cupcakes there are nothing short of heavenly! Each bite is a burst of moist deliciousness that will leave you craving more. But that's not allâthis charming bakery also offers a delightful array of cakes, pies, and various sweet treats.
I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin, the owner, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about his craft. His hospitality truly elevated the experience. Whether you're a local in Houston or just passing through, Cake Station is definitely a must-visit spot in Pearland. Treat yourself to a sweet escape; you won't regret it!

Usually this place is spot on. But Sunday I had a sweet tooth and wanted a cupcake. I was all ready to sink my teeth into one of my favorites, the italian cream cupcake. It used to have pecans in the cake with yummy icing and coconut shavings. Instead I received a mediocre cupcake with cake and icing that tasted store bought. Really Sugar Rush? I could have did that at home and cheaper than $5+ for one cupcake. Ugh....I'm sure if you order a cake, it's much better, but they've lost me as a grab and go customer. I ate 2 bites and then threw it away. Small businesses always lose customers when they are inconsistent. Especially, during time like this when we're having to really be mindful of our coins spent. This is why BOBs get a negative stigma.

Visited a couple of days ago and purchased a butter/butter cupcake; I ran some errands while the cupcake was in my car so the icing melted (my bad). Although the cake still tasted a bit stale I wanted to give them another try; went in today and purchased 2 cupcakes (butter/butter and lemon); the lady working the register wasnât really welcoming and came off as dry. After she rung up my order I attempted to put in a phone number to collect points for my purchase (an incentive for me to want to return) but then she pressed a button and the option went away and went straight to the âpayâ screen; I mentioned I would like to put in a number to earn points and she didnât seem to care or try to fix it; she basically suggested that it was âtoo lateâ although I hadnât paid yet. Not good customer service at all. Also the table (whatever is in the middle of the place when you enter) is a HUGE distraction and should be moved so you can see the cupcakes and the person behind the counter; and I would also think so they can see you when you enter and welcome you. The place is also somewhat dark and has an odd smell~ not like a bakery but more like a dank/dirty mop when you enter. Also when I visited a couple of days prior the guy Kevin was more welcoming and personable, which is why I decided to try them again. The cupcakes were not bad but nothing to write home about ~ Iâve been looking for a place for my wedding, this isnât it.
Ordered 3 cupcakes - 1 strawberry, 1 coconut pineapple, and 1 turtle. All three were delicious! They even let us try their peach cobbler which was fantastic. Highly recommend

If want a cake for it's design and good customer service, this is the place. Their custom design skills are amazing and cake was beautiful. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful in coming up with the design.
If you want a cake for it's taste, this is not the place. I received complaints that the cake was cold (like it had been frozen). It was dry and lacked flavor. No one asked for any to go and we discarded the entire bottom layer of a 2 layer cake. In my opinion, cakes at Sam's and HEB taste better.
