These croissants are delicious! The flavor and texture were so good. My husband said it was the best chocolate croissant he has tasted. The pecan glazed, jalapeño sausage and cheese, and coffee twist were all great. Overall, these are a must try.
Had the pecan and the red velvet cookie before. Knew they were good. Tried the tomato basil croissant and it was excellent. Seasoned just right with really yummy tomatoes.

These croissants are the fluffiest most delicious croissants ever. The chocolate on the inside is amazing and that crunchy outer ribbon is… chefs kiss. Omg and the monkey bread!! Will 100% be ordering again! 100/10 recommend! Have been trying for weeks to remember to get my order in, so glad I made it happen this week!

Ally is an amazing baker, she is naturally talented and also has an artistic eye! Ever since she started doing pop up bake sales, I can’t get enough of her croissants, cookies, and cakes! She is my go to for all celebrations with cakes. Whenever family is in town, we get her croissants. Everything from the layering to the lamination and softness with just the right mount of crisp is perfection. My all time favorite is the guava cream cheese croissant, but everything she makes is mouth watering. The cakes are moist, not overly sweet and she does not use fondant (thank goodness!).
If you are placing orders online (very convenient to place orders) there are certain pickup days on wednesdays and Saturdays. Pick up is from her residence in Pearland. If you order a cake she will be in touch with you for photos/inspo.
All in all, would definitely recommend her business 100%

100% recommend The online ordering is so easy and accurate. The reminders are helpful and on pick up day, the process is flawless. The variety of selection is awesome and I have not found 1 item that I haven’t enjoyed yet! The cookies are hearty and full of flavor. The croissants are just right but my favorite newer item is the delectable pull apart garlic and herb bread! Toasted with a bit of butter! Yummmmy Thank you for your great packaging too, reminds me to be kind, sweet and the bee reminds me of my mother, so I enjoy getting a sweet 🐝 box! I will keep returning as long as you keep baking! I loved my Mother’s Day cake as well. ❤️
What a blessing to have those pastries and cakes around. Don’t look further. I’m from Europe and those are legit. It brings me so much memories. The quality of her products (butter and chocolate) are like no other. Make yourself a favor and share them with family and friends.

Pastries: Tomato Italian herb danish, lemon meringue croissant roll, everything bagel croissant, dulce de leche churro croissant
I was playing a guessing game with my girlfriend where she tried to identify the pastries without looking inside the box. When she discovered we had a tomato pastry, she was disappointed—which honestly dampened my enthusiasm too. Perhaps this lowered expectation was a blessing, because the danish absolutely outshined what I anticipated.
This bruschetta-inspired creation featured a perfectly light, flaky pastry, but the tomato truly stole the show. Ripe, juicy, and expertly seasoned, the herbs shone through while the salt balanced the tomato's natural sweetness and savoriness. Despite all the moisture, the dough remained crispy and flaky—a truly exceptional first bite.
The lemon croissant roll crowned my favorites. I typically have critiques for lemon pastries: dough too dense or dry, curd too sweet or runny, or meringue that fails to balance the lemon. This pastry demolished all concerns, delivering a lip-puckering, perfectly textured, brilliantly lemony creation. The meringue stretched like marshmallow—sweet and dense enough to complement the lemon without overwhelming sweetness, and toasted for depth. The buttery, flaky croissant dough held up beautifully to the fillings. This was precisely my ideal lemon meringue croissant.
The everything bagel croissant faced an inherent challenge. Bagels are dense, crunchy, and chewy—built to support heavy seasoning and fillings. Croissants are opposites: airy, crispy, and tender, easily overwhelmed by intense flavors. While this was likely the best possible execution of the concept, the everything bagel seasoning was in the end too salty for the delicate pastry. The whipped cream cheese was nicely lightened, and technically the croissant itself was well-made—just a difficult balance to achieve.
The churro dulce de leche croissant delivered everything I hoped for. Crunchy cinnamon sugar played perfectly against the croissant's crackly shell, while the dulce de leche—folded with whipped cream to temper sweetness—oozed throughout with each bite. Every mouthful offered a different balance of croissant, filling, and sugar dusting, yet remained consistently delightful.
Overall, these croissants showcase exceptional quality, with fillings that complement rather than mask the excellent technique and recipe. Each pastry celebrates unique ideas executed skillfully. I love the frequently rotating menu—I'll return soon to explore more offerings from this hidden Houston gem.

In my next life, I hope I get to marry this woman. Her craft is amazing and she knows how to balance the sweetness of her treats! 10/10 I see her achieving awards for her butter croissant alone. This is hands down the best in the entirety of Houston.
