Great snow cones, and the beignets were decent. It's hard to find them at all in Houston, so I am happy to have a place that makes them near home!

Best snow cones ever! My daughter and I always get snow cones on Thursday.. Today, I searched for a new spot and came across Sweet Sneaux. The amazing flavor, soft heavenly ice,and cream of these cones were wonderful, to say the least. Oh yeah, and their steak nachos are the truth.. Great place to visit!

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I took my mom to try this place out because we saw real good reviews on Instagram when we entered the establishment the cashier had a very nasty attitude and kept rolling her eyes ( and we should have exited then but I really wanted to try this place). The cashier wasn't welcoming at all and her customer service sucked. The tables and floor were dirty and while we were waiting on our snow cones to be made there were two roaches one was on the wall and one was crawling across the sticky table. I'm very disappointed with this establishment because I live a hour away on the other side of Pearland. I would definitely not recommend.

My strawberry cheesecake snow cone was good. But I paid for condensed milk and when I asked the girl why it wasn't on there, she walked to the back and didn't come back for an extended period of time. I never got my condensed milk. We also ordered crawfish etoufee nachos, but the chips ended up being stale, so we didn't really get to enjoy those. I would give them another try and hope for a better experience.

If there was a way to put zero stars for a rating I definitely would’ve done it. The drive took about 26 minutes to get there. So it was me and my mom , then I had my niece and my friend with me as well. When we walked in , no one said anything to us. It wasn’t a welcoming experience for us , this is our first time here an first impressions are everything to me. Then when it was time to order , the cashier had an attitude. I don’t have names , but the cashier had long wavy hair with glasses and she was short. So me and friend ordered two snowcones and the ice was really hard. They also lacked favor as well. My mom ordered beignets and they were flat like a pancake. Everything was so unorganized and I didn’t like the energy. Then the biggest problem was the egg rolls my friend ordered. She paid 10 dollars for two egg rolls and it looked disgusting. Then we waited 15-20 minutes for them to look and taste bad. Me and my family are from New Orleans and I was very disappointed about this. I wasn’t even able to order what I wanted and I was told they were out of cheese. This was a first and last time for us.I seen this place on Instagram and I was expecting a good experience. But it was the complete opposite for us. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.!!

I stopped by to get beignets for my sweet tooth. The place smelled of fabuloso some fragrance which smelled nice. I then ordered 3 for $5.50 and ask if they were like the ones in New Orleans. They looked great! When I got home and took a bite I could taste freaking fabulouso or whatever air freshener the place smelled like. I really wanted to eat them so I tried but every bite made me worry I was going to be sick from whatever I was tasting. Sadly disappointed as I try to support private owned businesses.

This is my second time coming don’t get me wrong the food/snow cones are good. But customer service needs a lot of help. The employees talk really low and won’t greet you. There was only one employee working when I went the place was packed and my food/snow cones came out at different times over a 10 minute wait.

Worst beignets I have had. They were heavy and tasted of oil. Also ordered the banana beignets and that was also disappointing. The bananas were not ripe enough so were not sweet. The scoop of ice cream was so small, it looked like it had been scooped by a little cookie scoop, not an ice cream scoop.

My Big brother Aaron and I have been passing by a few times but we we're always busy shopping ?️ elsewhere but anyway finally made it here ????? yes definitely delicious better than Red wagon and Bahama buck's they use real cream here y'all not that watered down stuff ? it's located next to a ⛽ station. It's a nice sized building friendly service, keynote be patient with the staff you won't regret it ❤️?? lot's of snow cone flavors and small treats awesome ??

Horrible customer service. I arrived and was told they weren't open yet,in-spite time stating they were on the site. I waited 20 mins I then walk back to the door to ask if they were open. The young lady behind the counter shrugged her shoulders, I was like I should leave but I drove here and waited so let me try it out . The young lady that took my order allowed another young lady to come bamy sno ball because she didn't feel like it . My sno ball was full of ice nothing like the pics. Then as I'm picking it up it's a comb with hair in it on the counter ... I won't dare recommend this spot and tik tok needs to stop promoting it.

Floor was super sticky. Workers really need to work on their process of order taking and fulfilling orders. Had to wait 25 mins for 2 snow cones. Makes no sense. A lady came in after me and got her snow cone before I got my 2. I'll never go back and based on these reviews they won't be in business much longer without a major overhaul.

We've been to Sweet Sneaux before, and while it was never my favorite sno-cone spot, it was a good location. Our most recent trip however, was a disaster. When my husband arrived an employee took his order, but then proceeded to make sno-cones for the other employees which took about 15 minutes. When she finally got to his order, they didn't have any utensils and the cup was leaking from the bottom. To add insult to injury, the sno-cone was full of plastic and after picking out 3 large pieces of plastic, we decided it was better to cut our loses and toss it out.

Um… no one was in there, but myself and the employee. She DID NOT greet me when I walked in, nor did she ask was I ready to place my order.. I just started ordering. Nor did she say thank you after taking my money. It was almost as if she was mad I came in!!I came in 20 minutes before closing, the chairs were stacked. She was ready to go! SmhWon’t be going back.

Snow cones were pretty good which is what really matters. However, the location needs some attention. I suggest cleaning up the place a bit and keep making great snow cones.
