The food is fine. The staff are friendly. Prices not so much. People do not want to order for themselves. The kiosks are garbage. Having your customers put in their own order to reduce complaints is a chicken shit reason to reduce your employee count just to save some pennies....STOP IT!

I ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla and taco last night. Woke up this morning in so much pain. Stomach cramping and vomiting. This location gave me food poisoning. Please check the temperatures that you are keeping your food. 🤢 😔 I will probably not come back.

I paid $6 for a burrito , ya know , a burrito. 4 to 5 inches long , filled with beef , cheese , beans and other goodies. I didn't get that. I got a 2inch long burrito with like 2 pieces of chicken in it and a singular strand of lettuce. How does one mess up a burrito that bad? This isn't the first time. Just drive to the TB by friends wood. They never mess up.

Food is good, however with more than 6 people in the back and a kiosk-only system that they don't even have to attend, you'd think they could get the order right. However, they missed all the sauces (for the chicken nuggets) and one of the burritos. Failures.

I have had several horrible encounters with one employee at the drive-through and I’ve had enough. I usually don’t write reviews, but this one male employee is extremely rude and very immature and something has to be done with him. I do not know his name, but he works in the drive-through around this time, he is a heavier, set white guy, and he has been extremely rude and very immature with his encounters with me and I have no idea why. I came through the drive-through just now to get my food and he saw me in the drive-through and the guy that was handing me. My food told him something with me sitting right there in my car and the guy that usually is rude and immature with me, looked at me and laughed. I am not sure what was said about me, but I’m pretty sure something about me with said and I don’t appreciate it. Please fix this Taco Bell!
Went with a couple of my girls to this location and i have to say this is by far the best taco bell i’ve EVER had in my 23 years of life. customer service 10/10, taco were made with love fo sho.

They need to refresh their ingredients. Everything is stale and there’s no personal experience anymore. Have to order from a kiosk, nobody even talks to you. Go through the drive-through, somebody may actually speak to you about your order.

My Cantena salad front the taco bell on main Street in Pearland was awful. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting out all day. It was dried up and tasted horrible. The black beans were mushed up and didn't look like beans. That was a 10.00 salad that I should go get my money back! This is why I never eat at these places because no one cares enough to fix the food right. Mexican restaurants has people in charge that care about the customer. Not Taco Bell. I hope yall save your money on the Cantena salad.
