I went through the drive thru, order was correct, but it had so little sour cream (or it was missing), that I couldn't taste it. The burrito I ordered included sour cream. That is my only complaint.
This is a KFC/Taco Bell location. I opted for chicken today. I was told the biscuits weren't ready but no problem they offered a replacement item but I opted out and took an extra jalapeño. Got home, no straw, no napkins, no utensils. Glad I was at home and not trying to eat on the fly. My chicken was crispy and taters were good as always. The guy taking the order originally seemed a bit confused but he was sweet. The Mgr took over like superman to the rescue.
The food was fine and wouldn't have had much of a problem if we hadn't come inside to eat instead of eating in the car.Inside the restaurant there were only a few tables clean. The employees were standing around behind the register. After we sat down and cleared off a table a young lady came and cleaned the other tables off.
