We ordered a steak quesadilla with no pico a bean and cheese taco with red salsa and a Diet Coke and a Pepsi. We received a steak quesadilla with pico, a bean and cheese taco without red salsa (they even asked used at the window and still didn’t give it to us) and not sure what the drink is but it’s definitely not Diet Coke. We ordered to go and live 25 minutes away so not going back to get it corrected.

Foods great but there is NO Air Conditioning in the restroom. Like walking into a very very smelly sauna. You start pouring sweat while attempting to relieve yourself its extremely uncomfortable.

Pointless. Waste of money. I placed an order. They not only got it wrong and charged me for it, but I stopped and politely corrected them. Waited on them to give me what I ordered. Never received a receipt. They tell me I have to pay extra to get what I ordered. Missing 2 parts of my order. I not only had to pay again for something I ordered and paid for already but still didn’t get what the second item. Worst service. Complete incompetency.
Even with multiple people assisting with my order I still left without all my order. I can waste my money elsewhere and leave without a smile if they can’t get an order correct. Don’t go here. They need to open another location with workers with better common sense

5-9-25: The food has been great at all restaurants, but I specially love the taquitos/flautas. The Margaritas have been a surprise and are very good with just the right amount of punch. The Chalulla flavored Margaritas had some spicy kick to it. This time around this restaurant was a little cold to me. We tried seating in an area that didn't have air blowing too hard.

I was going to let the flautas pass until I got to the sopapillas. First, the guac on the side didn’t look fresh, then the flautas were breaded in the middle (I think uncooked), THEN the sopapillas were uncooked and I didn’t realize it until I started reading reviews. I thought surely I remember sopapillas being bigger than this and sure enough there was dough in the middle. Welp, that was the sign I needed, it’s been real TC!
I can only begin to explain how much they've improved this place since covid nearly ruined it.
I used to really like Taco Cabana, but this location was just not the best one. After covid hit, quality plummeted further. I stopped going at all.
I was dragged there today, though, and to my surprise, it was great! The salsa bar was good and chilled, not messy or left mostly empty. The tables were clean. The AC was set to a reasonably cool temperature, not left too high like it used to be. The place was comfortable!
And the food was very good. Chicken fajita nachos and chicken fajita street taco combo. Both very well made and quite delicious.
Kind of expensive, but even McDonald's and Taco Bell are 20-30 bucks for two people now, so comparing like-to-like, prices are reasonable.
I'll be going back. I hope they keep up their new standards!

Their dine in hours are 6 AM to 10 PM all week. Drive thru is 6am to Midnight though all week 👍
