Food was okay. My steak came put wrong but others came put perfect. The military discount only works for ONE meal NOT the entire tab.

It was peak hours and was very crowded. The wait was about 30 minutes. Once seated, the service was good, and the food was great.

Service was extremely slow and extremely inefficient. Was provided plasticware (only after asking for any silverware at all after receiving food with no way to eat it) for steak while nearby tables, seated after us, got silverware. Had to go get plates for appetizers ourselves. Food for 4 people came out after tables seated after us and was cold. And appetizers came out approximately 3 minutes before meals.Manager April came by table but was unresponsive to problems presented. Had to ask for a manager specifically again to get a resolution. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at a Texas Roadhouse. Would not recommend for anyone in search of a hot meal or good/efficient service. Totally disappointed.

Texas Roadhouse it's always packed for a good reason. The food, prices, quality, taste and service is always on point. As busy as they are, they never fail to deliver. The wait times can vary depending on if you go on a weekend or not but the food is always top quality. Those butter rolls are to die for and that apple cinnamon butter spread is the icing on the cake. If you love steaks and Texas food, this is the place to go to.

The place is good. It was sunday so it was expected to have many people. I ordered steak and shrimp, it was great. My wife ordered ribs. Their bread was delicious but I only ate one because I am avoiding too much bread, pasta, rice (carbs). Not that expensive.

Horrible experience. We received our Salads and Entree's at the same time. I bypassed the salad to eat my Entree only to find that all of our Steaks were slightly warm but not hot. We sent them back to be put back on the grill but came back the same. We took them to go. Horrible experience. We should of played it safe and went to Outback.

My dish was extremely salty. Tri tip steak cubes in gravy and side of rice were unbearably salty. I informed the manager wearing a cowboy hat about it, and he couldn't care any less. I bet he didn't inform the kitchen about it.

The excellent service only considers that, especially for large groups, the waiting time can be considerable depending on the time you go.Parking: Parking is sufficient in the worst case you will have to walk a little furtherWheelchair accessibility: If there is wheelchair access only to go to the bathroom, the space would be reduced
