Pickup service was horrible, I place my order online and came to pick it up, once I got there it wasn’t ready and they asked me to sit, where I then waited for 20 minutes just for a Bahn Mi I saw there a bag on the counter and asked if it was my food and they said no, after another 10 minutes I asked for a refund to which surprise the food on the counter was my food. The food is very good but I’m very irritated that my lunch break was wasted and that the staff brushed me off when I asked about my order.
