I drove 20 minutes just to find out they were closed due to non payment of rent. The hours should be updated to temporarily close or permanently closed.

Was super excited for some comfort food but unfortunately it just fell short and was lackluster. Chicken was seasoned to perfection; however, lacked that extra crispy crunch and needed to be cooked longer. Greens were bland, no smoked turkey or meat used to season it and Mac n cheese had quite a different flavor and wasn’t baked. Staff & service get 5 stars though and oh yeah, THE CORNBREAD! Cornbread was amazing!

Unfortunately it was disgusting. My husband went and asked for meatloaf for me I'm not sure what they gave him but it looked like from a tv dinner. The greens were terrible the rice was terrible...$66 in the trash

Really good soul food just like how momma used to make it. The staff are very friendly and welcome you with open arms. While the prices are a little high for soul food it is really worth it.

Ate here today for lunch. We were there first customers that morning, unfortunately, their air condition was out. They did not tell us but the door was open and it was warm. They had fans going on one side so we decided to risk it BAD MOVE for my husband he became extremely uncomfortable. The young man that served us was very nice. There was a lady there with him. She was not serving, but she was standing by the steam table, I thought it was unprofessional of her, not to say good morning to us as we were the first customers of the day. The food was fair. We had the baked chicken. It had no flavor to it, but as always, the green, yams, the macaroni and cheese was good not a very pleasant experience today. This is only our second time eating there. Not sure if I will be returning, but I wish this establishment well.

Well I was really looking forward. Too trying this place. It's advertised they open at 11am. We sat in the car til 11am. Walked up, doors were locked. Waited outside for about 3 mins til we saw the staff member walk to the back. Gave it another 2 mins thinking they needed a key. Nothing. So we left. Good luck to everyone.
