The pudding itself is amazing. I’ve actually referred multiple people because the product is that good.
Unfortunately, my experience today didn’t match the quality of the dessert. Upon entry, I wasn’t greeted, and the staff didn’t feel particularly warm or inviting. Given the premium price point ($8.76 for a small cup), the service didn’t quite justify the cost.
I hope this improves because the product truly has potential.

The Puddery as dinner on our list for a while, says Keith Lee made this place go viral. The problem is we are never on this side of town, when we go to Houston. So when we knew we'd be passing through Pearland we made it a point to stop. And try some of this famous banana pudding. Normally when you think of banana pudding, you think of a dense custard. This was something completely different and unique. The base was light and airy, but still held the taste you were looking for with each flavor you choose. My personal favorite was the cookie butter which cannot go wrong combining those two great flavors. Hopefully, I remember back in the area we definitely want to try some of the other great treats that they offer.
This new location is a big upgrade to the previous spot. The long, multi-hour lines of the social media viral times are gone. The delicious banana pudding (wife loved it) is still here along with more choices. The ordering is easy with iPad system. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food items are fresh. There is a option to buy day-old desserts for half price. While they last. Nice mural featuring Keith Lee is a nice touch. Parking is easy. Recommend.

I came from Dallas to Houston to hang out so since I was in town I decided to stop by here and try out the banana caramel pudding and I must say this was the best ever I will b visiting again soon

Now I may not be the best reviewer for the overall quality of multiple items because I have found my particular favorite item (The Keith Lee Oreo croissant waffle), and haven't deviated from it at all. It's THAT good. There isn't much seating at all because it's set up moreso for take-our orders. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the treats are consistently cooked well and yummy. Definitely give this place a try when you have a chance.

Of course I came across this place courtesy of the Food Influencer Keith Lee. The desserts 🍨 are very good. The ordering process is super easy. You can use the instore kiosk or pre-order pick up. *Note: They don't accept cash...only credit/debit cards or Google/Apple pay. There really isn't a place in store to sit down and enjoy your treats...however they do have small tables & chairs outside to enjoy the food. The customer service was good as the girl at the counter was super helpful in explaining the process and making recommendations. The desserts are delicious and are priced around $8 an item. My only critique is that the location is in the middle of nowhere. There is a school across the street and their are other businesses in the same cul-de-sac. However unless you are specifically going out there for that it is a little out the way. It is located in Pearland TX...which is about a 45 minute drive from Houston. Outside of that I would highly recommend a visit to the Puddery if you are in the area.

The 2 people in the customer service were amazing everytime I went,and my favorite things are the croffles, they said 6-12 minutes but they came out in 20 and burnt and hard and the whip cream tasted off
