Of course I came across this place courtesy of the Food Influencer Keith Lee. The desserts 🍨 are very good. The ordering process is super easy. You can use the instore kiosk or pre-order pick up. *Note: They don't accept cash...only credit/debit cards or Google/Apple pay. There really isn't a place in store to sit down and enjoy your treats...however they do have small tables & chairs outside to enjoy the food. The customer service was good as the girl at the counter was super helpful in explaining the process and making recommendations. The desserts are delicious and are priced around $8 an item. My only critique is that the location is in the middle of nowhere. There is a school across the street and their are other businesses in the same cul-de-sac. However unless you are specifically going out there for that it is a little out the way. It is located in Pearland TX...which is about a 45 minute drive from Houston. Outside of that I would highly recommend a visit to the Puddery if you are in the area.

The 2 people in the customer service were amazing everytime I went,and my favorite things are the croffles, they said 6-12 minutes but they came out in 20 and burnt and hard and the whip cream tasted off

My husband and I were leaving a birthday party and saw the food truck court. We go in to see what is open, The Puddery was closed, but as the owner was leaving she asked if we wanted one of the banana pudding she had left my husband said yes, I said no I will share with him (which I would regret later). We get on our way and star eating the banana pudding and OMG!!! The #keithlee review was spot on!!!! If you live anywhere near Houston you have to try The Puddery. This is coming from a banana pudding snob—-this is the best banana pudding I have ever had!!! It is light, fluffy , and creamy without out being puddingy, I don’t know what witchery this is but my God!!!

We were visiting from Canada and kept hearing about The Puddery, so we knew we had to give it a try. I am not a big sweets person—and definitely not usually a pudding person—but this was truly one of the most divine treats I have ever tasted.
The Biscoff Banana Pudding is pure magic. The sweetness is perfectly balanced, the flavours are rich yet light, and the texture is spot on. The combination of creamy pudding, perfectly softened Biscoff cookies, and fresh banana slices creates the most satisfying bite every time.
It is the kind of dessert you cannot stop thinking about long after you finish it. Even as someone who normally would not order pudding, I would go back for this in a heartbeat. An absolute must-try if you are anywhere near the area!
