It would’ve been 5 stars BUT my order was not complete. I had ordered a big order and was missing a croffle, but also my fault for not double checking the bag before pulling out the lot.Everything exceeded my expectations. The pudding was nice, airy, and fluff. Sweetness level was light enough to enjoy. Croffle taste was perfect and had a nice crunch to it.Will be coming back again if I’m in the area.

This is my new favorite dessert place. The Oreo croffle was by far my favorite of them all. The Keith Lee effect brought me here, but the service and the quality of the desserts will keep me coming back.

I wouldn’t wait in line for hours to get the banana pudding. It’s okay. However the croffles are to DIE for!If you had killens bbq - the banana pudding is way better! And there isn’t an insane line for overpriced mediocre pudding.Service was not friendly at all! No hello how are you? Next what did you order? A lot of confusion on peoples orders. And there was only 4 people ordering when I went. I couldn’t imagine the level of service everyone else received who waited hours to be disappointedWould I return - probably not. One and done.

I came here when the place just opened for the day at 12pm. There was already a line. The wait was less than 25 minutes so it wasn't too bad. If you were paying cash, you will have to wait until one of the staff helps you. If you pay with card, you can order through the 2 tablets they have. The one against the wall on the table wasn't able to read card payment so you'll have to type in the info manually (only if you don't want to cancel your order and redo it). I didn't feel comfortable in typing my card info so I went to the other tablet on the counter which took card payment fine. It's nice that you can get a text message when your order is ready. The size of the dessert was small and the price for it was a bit much. The banana pudding itself was good with real bananas and more on the sweeter side. It definitely is better than a typical banana pudding: the texture is fluffy. I wouldn't wait or pay for that much again, though.

One word, amazing! Me and my mom have been following the Puddery since Keith Lee posted about the sweets shop in November. We live in Richmond, so Pearland is 45 minutes to an hour away on a good day. We were constantly looking online to see if we could order pickup, and the popularity skyrocketed so ordering online was at the earliest three weeks in advance. Today we just decided to bite the bullet and head there. We called the shop after seeing that they promoted how they had no line but plenty of pudding. They were pleasant on the phone, gave insight to what was available and how they would try to put stuff aside. We got there five minutes before closing, and after speaking with Ms. Liz at the front about the call ahead and how we would like to add more to the order, she was very accommodating and said she would put together our bag of sweets. While we were waiting, Ms. Jordan rang up our order as she was also handing out the other orders. The wait and the drive was worth it. We got three of the original (which my brother loved), my mom got the strawberry banana pudding, and I got the cookie butter (biscoff?) pudding. The pudding made it to the car, but was quickly devoured in 5 minutes. We also got the dipped cheesecake and croffle, but I'll save that for another review. The Puddery lives up to the hype that Keith Lee put out to the country when he ate from their establishment. It was a soft sweet treat that was not over powering, super creamy, and I personally loved the crunchy cookie bits in my pudding along with the fresh soft banana slices. I just wish I lived closer cause I could see this place as a favorite shop to visit when I've had a bad day.

I’m addicted. I’ve been wanting to try their pudding but the Kieth Lee effect came in like a hurricane. The pudding is worth the line. My favorite is the strawberry. I do wish they could go back to their creative pudding cups before the KL effect. I want that Oreo pudding! Congrats to the owners on their continued success!!

Best customer service EVER! Arrived right before closing after having called ahead to confirm that they still had pudding available. By the time I got there they had sold out. The owner realized I was the person that had called and offered to make an order for me because she knew how far I had driven. She went above and beyond and I am most appreciative! The pudding was absolutely delicious and worth the drive but the customer service is unmatched!

Can through Houston and had a chance to try this spot out. I'm not a big pudding fan when the cookies are soft, and this was not! We enjoyed the strawberry banana and caramel banana pudding (with real bananas). My kids loved the Keith Lee dessert and the strawberry cream dessert. Delicious and definitely will be back. Even with the line it wasn't a long wait time.

Today was the day that I got to see if this place lives up to the hype! I live in deep Katy so this was a hike for me. I was pleased to see that I appeared to have beat the rush as there was no line. I couldn't tell if the people waiting outside had already ordered or were waiting to order. One of them let me know that I could go right in. Once inside I found myself in a tight lobby with a couple of tablets. There were no workers nor posted signs to tell you how to order. Customers who were currently ordering on the kiosks explained to me how things worked. The menu was pretty limited, offering a few different flavors of banana pudding, cheesecake on a stick, and the Oreo croffle. I ordered the original banana pudding (the cookie butter pudding was sold out) and the cheesecake. Those two items plus a 10% tip brought my total to $18 and some change. I would say that was a bit expensive, but hey! I'd never been there so perhaps it would be worth it. As I was placing my order on the kiosk many more people started to arrive. The small lobby became overcrowded in a heartbeat! There was a window like opening where the employees deliver your orders. Unless they were delivering an order no one was there at all. Once my order was placed I returned to my vehicle to await the text message that I could pick up my order. My order was ready in 23 minutes. For me, that was within acceptable wait time limits. The individual who gave me my order seemed very tired and overwhelmed. I was not greeted with a smile. In a flat tone she asked for the last 4 digits of my phone number. Then she handed me my order and flatly apologized for the wait. I supposed they don't believe in giving their customers a welcoming, gracious, and warm customer experience. Now for the moment we've all been waiting for! The taste test. I tried the banana pudding first. I just want to say that I no longer trust Keith Lee's taste buds. The pudding was quite underwhelming. The consistency was too thick and tasted like banana flavored box pudding. I barely tasted the banana flavor at all. I only ate a few bites then threw it out. It was not at all memorable nor enjoyable. Next up was the cheesecake. I faired better with this one. The cheesecake was cold not frozen which was perfect. The flavor was good. I didn't find it to be too sweet. I'm a sweet-o-holic though. I would say the cheesecake was good, not phenomenal. If I happen to be on that side of town I might stop in for the cheesecake. However, in all honesty, I probably won't be back. I honestly wish the owner well and hope she is and remains profitable and thriving.
