Not the first time, it’s been several where even if I order ahead they make me wait for about 30 mins. Last time I place my order online for 6:30 and it was ready at 6:55pm. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy this one time and the previous ones.

First time trying this location and the staff was very friendly however, they messed up all my sauces I put on my mobile order so thank god I asked for extra Diablo before leaving. Also, my tacos are wrapped in the foil strange where the cheese and stuff was stuck to the foil and spilling out. All of my tacos were that way so whoever is wrapping them up, may need a training course.

Unprofessional staff and management . Waited for food that was sitting there getting cold for 20min. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues. They are slow and food comes out cold but I thought I would give it another chance. She stated I needed to leave because I was rude to her. I just wanted a refund and she pretended to refund it but never did. Keep doing what your doing and you can count your days Torchy’s pearland.

Tried the Migas breakfast taco today…incredible! My favorite taco place. Baja shrimp is my all time favorite lunch taco. I had breakfast and lunch all in one. 😂 Hubby tried the breakfast burrito. HUGE and delicious. Great service and friendly employees. Love this place!
Why is the food always served cold here? Literally every time we have dined in or picked up take-out, the food is served cold or room temperature -- sides, tacos, everything. Even the servers have said the watered-down coffee is awful and they don't recommend it. I really want to like this Torchy's but the cold food again and again doesn't cut it. With take-it, you have to microwave it at home and if you eat in, you either send it back to warm it up or eat it cold. Why is this so difficult?

I'm no longer going to eat here. I love their food, however, I'm paying $6 for a taco and get one thing of sauce that isn't even filled halfway in a to go container. It's not enough to fill the one taco I'm eating! If I get a bowl, there is barely any chicken or other vegetables. Mostly rice. This has happened to me on the last 3+ trips I've been to this place.
It's crazy how expensive it has gotten here for the amount of food you get. They upped their prices yet decrease the amount of food you get.
There are plenty of places to go out to eat around here that are priced just the same, but don't skimp out on the amount of food you get.
