Worst experience ever with tropical smoothie.
Server didn’t know how to take order and when the order was ready they kept behind the kitchen and didn’t told or announce the name.
Keep missing things like were told to add peanut butter but missed to add.
Had to told multiple times with the same thing with the order, so frustrating. If they are not sure about something then please ask.

The employees were friendly.However, they messed up my wrap and I didn’t know until I got home. I called the location and the number went to voicemail each time. Absolutely ridiculous that I couldn’t even speak to anyone about the issue with my order. Here’s some advice if you operate a business you should provide an actual working number. The food was disgusting but the smoothie was good. However due to this horrible experience and I most likely will not return. I’ll go to Smoothie King next time!

this is the worst place i have ever gone to. The customer service was undeniable vacant, i walked in there were 5-6 people there, stood there for 10 minutes and not one person aknowledged that i was there, not high can i help you, nothing and come to find out my order had been sitting at the other end of the counter the whole time i was there, if just 1 person would of asked who was i there for or could i help you that would not of happened.... will never go back, if you dont like your job get out

I am unsure why the businesses in the pearland area have such lackluster service. I am typically very happy with my experiences at tropical smoothie cafe but I was very disappointed today. I ordered a a flatbread with the side snd also ordered two additional sides. I just got home and of course the side that came with the flatbread is not in the bag. I attempted to call the 615 number on the website and the number is non operational. I have never had problems at tropical smoothie but I have had frequent issues with pearland based restaurants and their fumbling of orders.

BOWL IS TOP TIER EVERY TIME, & even when i door dash it, it’s still TOP TIER. They don’t hold back on the portions!

Marissa and Quan fail to speak are welcome customers coming into the establishment.
They was holding a full conversation. I walked in an grab my new dragonfruit bowl. No greeting or asking do I need help, they was in the back the entire time. Once I address it, the next customer came in and they started to greet people. Another older man working in the back was their as well.

We have ordered from here several times and it has always been great food. The last time I ordered, our order had several mistakes. I put it on a subsequent survey and the manager Eva reached out to me the next day. She more than made it right, really amazed by her response to the situation. Actually makes me want to go back there more now. Thank you Eva!
