Staff, friendly. Misleading overall- first time experience. Bathroom not up to standards, no toilet paper, no paper towels. Lots of staff standing around talking- bartender attentive, but happy hour food/wine is not clear. I ordered a Pinot Grigio & mentioned the “happy hour” then got told what I ordered was not on “happy hour”. We understand it just opened, but…Also, restaurant seems to have a septic smell. Ambiance is nice. Feels like a black sheep walking in. Sat outside.

Visited Via 313 this weekend and was thoroughly impressed! The Detroit-style pizza was delicious! I loved the light/airy thick crust. The team gave excellent service. Lav was very kind and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed before we needed it. She was helpful when reviewing menu options with us. This is a place where the entire family will enjoy! We will definitely return soon!

Ordered pickup. The pizza was great! Delicious, flavorful, crisp edges to the crust , greasy-in-a-good-way. The sauce was fantastic. I look forward to eating there again!
Also, they were on the ball with estimated pickup times: the website estimated 30 minutes, I got there about 20 minutes later, and waited maybe 9 minutes. That's great for a pizza place! Keeps the pizza from sitting there any longer than necessary.

I recently heard that this place was new and wanted to check it out. The food was alright, but I felt off the entire time while dining-in due to what appeared to be the managers or trainers being rude to the employees. The entire time I was there all I could think of was that the workers had only been working there for less than a week yet they were receiving passive aggressive comments by the people there to help them. The young woman that took care of my table was lovely, but I caught some of the unkind looks the trainers would give and how they would speak to one another while the servers walked off and it ruined my experience. As someone who used to work in these types of jobs it was disgusting seeing these hard workers try and get this kind of treatment at a new restaurant. I have never left a review before in my life, but this genuinely upset me.

Went for the highly anticipated launch day. Delicious just like I remember having it for the first time in Austin. Happy they’ve expanded to Houston! That Carnivore is delish.
Food was great and Louis was awesome! Would definitely eat here again and recommend to others

First time going here and we’ve already been back! So glad that Pearland now has a fun pizzeria with awesome vibes and yummy food. The Detroit-style pizza can be made vegan by getting dairy-free cheese. There are tons of veggie toppings to choose from and they even have vegan pepperoni. We came here for dinner and then lunch a few days later. There’s a decent beer selection and cocktails but this place is kid friendly.
Our servers were friendly and the manager came over to say hi. They’re still working out some kinks with the ordering system but they figured it out. To note: the Detroiter pizza is not vegan so make sure you order Detroit-style and let the server know you’re vegan.

Went to VIA 313 in Pearland tonight and can't tell you if the food is good or not. Was seated and 20 minutes later we left. We couldn't even get a server to take our drink order. Now if the place was busy I could understand waiting that long but they did not hardley have any customers in there. It seams the waitress were to busy talking to the hostess and I think it was the Manager who thanked us for coming in. I stated on my wayout that it would of been great if we could of gotten serviced. He wanted to know where we were sitting by this point I did not feel like even talking to him. Not sure we will go back.
Not a fan at this point.

We had a great experience at Via313! Our server, Luis, was fantastic—friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was awesome, and the service overall was top-notch. We ordered The Temptation pizza (pepperoni, sausage, and bacon) and added mushrooms — it was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. They even brought out complimentary cheese bread, which was perfectly timed because we were hungry, and it came out hot and tasty.
Parking can be a bit tricky, but it’s worth it because the food and service are both excellent. I know the place is new, but I really hope they keep up the great work. We’ll definitely be back!
