LOVE this place! My husband loves the pizza. However, I am gluten free and their gluten free pizza is INCREDIBLE!!!!! I got the Big Dill and it was phenomenal. They are really safe with allergies and very considerate. This is my new pizza spot!!

Been here a couple of times and the pizza is always fantastic. The line really should be out the door. The happy hour specials are really good and on Tuesday nights if you buy a large pizza they give you a small one for free!

We have a large family and we do a lot of children's party's. This has been the best experience we have ever encountered, service was emaculant, the staff was more than you could ever ask for everything was on point. In my opinion this is the best restaurant service our family has encountered. Nothing more could be expected. We will without a doubt become frequent visitors .

Absolutely DELICIOUS pizza!! I had the supreme(s) with vegan cheese and my boyfriend had the omnivore with black olives. We also had the antipasti salad but devoured it before I got a picture. Order it! It’s awesome and plenty to split between 2-4 people if you are also getting pizza.

My family and I just left this place and I am very upset with the service here. I didn't even get to try the pizza is what's sad. We entered the door and no one sat us down. After waiting for a while someone sat us. Then the lady threw the menu in front of my daughter and it almost hit her in the chest. She was very rude on asking us for our order as well. At first we thought ok she was the only one work but it was 12 PM on a Saturday I'm sure there were more people working. Then we noticed there was another server. There was about 10 people in the restaurant so wasn't super busy. We noticed the other server walked around asking if everyone else was ok and she was looking at everyone's drinks. She then looked at our table and my daughters drink and my son's drinks both needed a refill, she made eye contact with us and just walked off. This is very un professional and us being Hispanic I felt very racial profiled. We paid for our drinks with $10 cash and left. While we were leaving I noticed our server was sitting at a table behind us talk and she had the audacity to ask what the problem was as she chased us out the door asking what was wrong is it the service. And yes definitely was the service. I just know I will never bring my family back to this location again.

I recently visited Via 313 for what was supposed to be a nice lunch date with my daughter and her boyfriend, but unfortunately, it turned into a disappointing experience.
Our drink order was taken promptly, and our food order followed about 10–15 minutes later. After about 30 minutes, my daughter and her boyfriend received their large pizza, while I continued waiting for my small pizza. To make matters worse, three guests who arrived after us were served their food while I was still sitting there watching everyone else eat.
Eventually, a gentleman came to our table and explained they were short staffed. He was very apologetic and professional, comped my order, and provided a coupon for a free small pizza. I truly appreciated his professionalism and the effort to make things right. Our waitress was also very down-to-earth and apologetic about the delay.
However, it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. By the time my food arrived — nearly an hour later — my daughter and her boyfriend had already finished eating. I completely understand being understaffed, but waiting an hour for a small pizza is excessive.
My daughter and her boyfriend may return, but for me, this was my first and last visit.
The waitress was great and the gluten free pizza dough was delicious! Much appreciated!
