I love this Waffle House . The cook MATRIX did an amazing job at greeting me and cooking my order , he made sure it was perfect before the server brung it to the table , he really deserves to be a rock star and he always has rock star energy ⭐️

This is the second time I've visited here. Very clean, friendly staff but they don't know how to cook hash browns correctly and definitely not the waffle house way. I was so excited to see one close but both times on my hash browns toppings put under the potatoes and not even cooked. SMH maybe they should visit one of the other few locations to learn.

The new service workers are not friendly at all.
I am not sure what happend but went twice and did not have a good experience. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the food is still good.

Update: went 6/14 around 1030-1115 and the service was not good again. This will definitely be my last time coming here. My order was wrong, the server was inattentive and acted like they didn’t understand what we were saying. Ask another server for to go...
