Despite some of the negative reviews, I have to be honest—every issue I’ve ever had at this Wendy’s was corrected quickly and respectfully. Whether it was a missing item or a longer wait, they’ve always owned it and made it right. That matters more to me than perfection, because no place is perfect.
This is one of the only Wendy’s locations I trust for fresh food. My orders are almost always made fresh, and the customer service is consistent. The restaurant is clean every time I go, including the bathrooms. I’m confident that if anything ever wasn’t right, they would take care of it on the spot.
I’m disappointed they don’t do breakfast anymore, but I understand business—if the demand isn’t there, it makes sense. It doesn’t change the fact that this location outperforms others. I would choose this Wendy’s any day over the one in Pearland.
I also want to mention something I’ve seen in other reviews about language barriers. In 2025, we have technology that can translate anything on the spot. To me, that’s not a reason to give a business a low rating—especially when the staff is working hard and treating people well. I appreciate the culture here. I like hearing Spanish music when I walk in; it feels festive and welcoming. Being new to Texas, it’s actually one of the things I enjoy most about this location.
Overall, this Wendy’s does not deserve a 3.7. My experience has consistently been positive, the food is fresh, and the service is solid. I truly enjoy coming here.

The staff was nice but we're slow for the drive thru. I'm sure it wouldn't have felt long had I done dine in. Food was okay, price was good, but their entrance to the parking lot needs to be reviewed.

The 1st time visiting this burger place June of this year, we had stale frosties we went thru the drive thru and we never left the area we pulled off and u-turnes came right back not even 10 seconds later and told them the frosties were stale and the Hispanic lady guessing the manager got extremely upset and got loud with us speaking in Spanish to another employee about us and the other employee apologized to us and refunded us, the 2nd time was Saturday November 8 we bought cookies and a baconator, the cookies were fresh and warmed, the baconator on the other hand was full of mayonnaise mustard and ketchup double patties and 2 pieces of bacon broken up, how in the hell is that a baconator? So we won't be visiting that wendys anymore, guess this why it's never a lot of customers there, will NOT suggest eating here quality is horrible.

There were about 3 people in the place. I could not understand the guy that waited on me, because he spoke so fast and so low. The food was cold. The burger was cold and chicken nuggets and fries were cold. The chicken nuggets were just plain nasty. I ate a few fries and threw the rest away. First time I have been to a Wendy's in probably at least 30 years. Yeah, that won't happen again.

Did drive thru 2 times. Very rude people. My last visit the lady giving me my frostie never said a word to me. I tried to say hi and thanks and all I got was a blank stare.
Pulled into the drive thru to order after 1 minute of trying to decide what to order, a lady told me that I can no longer order. Very rude and unprofessional. No competent person should visit this establishment. If I could rate it a 0 I would. It was at 8:59 pm July 20th.

Went in this afternoon to pick up lunch for my wife and I. When I walked up to the counter to place my order, I saw one male employee leaning up against the counter, facing towards the drive-thru window where there was one employee working the window, there was one female employee cooking, and the male employee leaning on the counter. He looked up at me as I approached the counter nodded as if acknowledging my presence. I waited, expecting him to maybe take my order. He never said a single word to me, turned back towards the drive-thru area, and stood there for about two minutes. He finally turned and walked right in front of me while I was still standing at the counter and out into the dining area, never even speaking to me. I understand if he was not able or authorized to work the register, but he could at least have acknowledged my presence by saying something such as “someone will be with you in a minute”, and I would have shown a little more patience, but he did not!!! I stood there another couple of minutes or so WITHOUT ANY contact from anyone! After being TOTALLY shunned, I left. Trust me when I say, I will NEVER spend a single penny at that Wendy’s (N. Main in Pearland,Tx) again. Ignoring a customer, or potential customer, is definitely NOT the way to build business. I will share this experience with as many others as I can!
