The young man with the braces has horrible customer service experience .. he never gets my order right and he’s either taking with the crew members or on his phone. I will never come back to this location ever again .. and I almost forgot he got my order wrong the same way he got my breakfast order wrong the last visit… never again

Horrible staff. I came in to order breakfast. The employee at the counter took over 10 minutes just to take my order. He never really spoke....just grunts and mumbles. He hardly knew how to work the register and had to keep stopping to get help from the manager. After the 10+ minutes of take a simple order of a sandwich and an orange juice, I finally get my total and pull out my credit card......then the manager says, Breakfast time is over. -_- Now they won't submit my order. This current staff at this location is trash. They are nothing like the staff in the past that worked here before. Never again.

I asked for pickles only on my chicken sandwich and i was not disappointed. The pickle spread was perfect. I didn't have to rearrange it all and there was even an extra few to seal the deal. 10/10

The food here is good. The two guys working the drive thru last night around 8:30 have terrible customer service skills. You could clearly hear in the guys voice that he wanted nothing more than for me to leave and that he didn't care about his job at all. When I pulled up to the window and got my food, he handed me the bag with a blank expression, mouth hanging open, and didn't say a word as I took my food. The food gets a solid 7, the service gets a weak 1.

Ordered 2 chicken breakfast sandwiches, they were nasty. I couldn't even eat. The bun was burnt on one, and both the chicken patties were sobbed in grease, looked and tasted like they were recooked from the night before! I threw it all away! The coffee was also even nasty!
This place is full of kids that don’t have any sense or interest in doing their jobs. It’s a shame that people can’t teach their workers to have any work ethic. It’s also disrespectful to act as if the customer is bothering them to do any work. Someone needs to close this place down.

This Wendys restaurant is adjacent to a gas station. The food is typical Wendy's, but the customers reflect what you would expect at a gas station Wendy's. I have had varying levels of service here, depending on which crew is working, so it's hard to rate the service accurately. At times, i've had stellar service, and at other times, not so much. On the plus side, the restaurant was very clean.
