This was my first time coming to this Wendy's on July 28th. 2025 at 8:52 p.m. On Tuesday doing a kudos to the manager who works here young gentleman . He was real busy on his feet making sure that everything was running good. Also checking up to see if the food came out good . I haven't been to a Wendy's in a very long time now. I want to come back because of the customer service here.

Their benches are broken, you sink in and feel the support beams. There is no AC here. Felt like eating in a Sauna so I ate in my car.

Thought maybe Wendy’s would have awesome indoor seating since it’s Pearland but found the cushion sunk in, dirty sticky, & bathrooms doors filthy, inside smell literally like an old fashion outhouse!? REALLY???! Refuse to use it! What happened to restaurant codes in this city???

Homeless guy in the attached gas station bathroom beating off. Besides that the breakfast sandwich was good.
I work all day until 9 pm and wanted to get my lunch from here I am pregnant it's the one meal I get before going home as late as I do and I asked for everything fresh and they said okay and for whatever reason they did the opposite and on top of that didn't answer the phone been hung up on 6 times fries rlly cold and stale it seems the chicken sandwich wasn't heated and the chicken nuggets weren't even included haven't gotten this resolved so yeah won't be eating here .

Night shift cool. I asked for a sample of the caramel frosty, he basically gave me a junior frosty lol. But the real rager was those spicy chicken nuggets !!!! Like all ten of them came out fresh and good, I had to do a double take at the nuggets like are these really fresh AND spicy !? Im glad I gave this location another chance. Keep up the great work.
