Extremely appalled at the lack of food safety regulations being followed at this Wendy’s location. I never write reviews for any food place, so this is saying a lot. A baby was placed on the food serving counter by an employee. Same employee placed fries and burgers in the bag with no gloves on. The burger was placed in the bag half unwrapped as well. The burger buns are on the floor next to the mop and it’s fully visible to customers. The fries were cold and the order was wrong. Honestly just cannot believe everything that was happening

I visited this Wendy's on 12/09/24...ordered a frosty, a coke, cobb salad and a ghost pepper sandwich meal. There was a new person at the window. The receipt said, his name was German. He handed me the coke and frosty right away. However, would not give me a spoon or straw. He said, it's coming when I caught his attention and politely asked for them. I had a special needs person in the car that was having a meltdown. I left the drive thru window, parked in the front of the store, went inside to get a spoon... there were none. German said... here is your meal. He told me that he wasn't allowed to hand me a straw and spoon that he had to put it in the bag of food. The fries were cold. He gave me the wrong topping for the cob salad and no napkins. I asked him what his name. He said, what are you going to do, call the cops on me? I made a call... not to the cops.

This specific location never has breakfast items ready during breakfast. If I want a coffee @7:30AM why am I being told there isn’t any. As well with breakfast items there is always a problem with getting items specifically for breakfast .

Service was great, manager in training was very customer service oriented. Food would of been 5 stars but when I got home I noticed I didn't have the blue cheese crumbles for my apple pecan salad. ??? which is one of the key parts of the ? for me.... the salad didn't taste the same without those crumbles.

If I could put one star I would I eat from here all the time then they talking about they don’t have the blueberry pomegranate drink anymore . But that’s not the case she had a whole attitude about the situation very rude here . Then they speaking about us in another language.
They are preparing food with their bare hands after touching their hair and phones handling cash & credit cards. The one guy who had on gloves did all of the above without changing them. I saw 5 people touching food. ABSOLUTELY GROSS?? not to mention the terrible attitudes. Health Department will receive a report. Eat here at your own risk. I couldn't do it.

Went to get a frosty after my son's taekwondo class. No one was in line. However, I was literally ignored by this lady. She walked by me, looked right at me, and gave me a nasty face. Then she made sure to keep her back to me for the next several minutes. I had to bother the guy working the drive through to get service.
Please know, I like the manager and have been coming here for several years as a post even treat.

This place is completely clapped out. Soda machine is broken. Trash and dirt everywhere. Booths are ripped open. The tvs with the menu are not functioning.
