This location is a bit further out from me, but the service and food are way better compared to the other two near me. They got my order right, it arrived hot and there was no issue.

Honestly the store wasn't very clean. The tables and booths were dirty, and I was the only customer in the store at the time. Also, sweet tea thing was empty. There were like 10+ employees there. Lol.
Oh, also, two dudes straight up started fighting behind the counter, like wrestling each other down to the ground and trying to grapple each other actual fighting. If only they could use that energy to clean and refill the sweet tea... Kids these days. 😌

My family and I have been going to this Whataburger over 20 years. In the past 2 years or so, the food has gone down. The food is ALWAYS cold. It isn’t any longer “made to order “ because we live 5 minutes from the restaurant and when we get home, food is always cold! It’s like I remember when the food was fresh and good. But now it’s obvious that they are precooking the burgers and the fries. When spending $35.00 a visit for cold distasteful food, it’s pretty upsetting. Please go back to making the burgers the old fashioned way, MADE TO ORDER.

I live nearby and the morning staff is ok. Don’t ask for fresh fries they will say no. I tried. The worst is night staff. My husband waited 45 minutes and they were still not ready. We were the only customers at the time. That’s ridiculous and when he went in to cancel the order the manager threw away the food in front of his face without any apology. These workers are very rude, I really hope the owners find some better staff.
