The person who help me had very poor service and was very rude his name is Ixi Martinez, this made my morning and my family's morning start with frustration and irritation. But other than that the food is great and it's a great place to come with friends or family.

This location is getting better but night shift still needs work. I was on drive through for over 10 mins and the burger patties were squished flat and dry. Also my whole jalapenos were crushed and soggy. I got a feeling they were not fresh.

Came in after 12 and they refused to serve us inside I’ve been to plenty of whataburgers after 12!and this is the only one to give me any issues the employees were not kind and made us feel uncomfortable I don’t know what they have going on but I genuinely think they need to get it together

Whataburger management needs to do something with April and Kelly (workers at this location). When I walked in, they were all in the back talking the whole time without taking my order for about 5-10mins. They didn't show any customer service whatsoever and needs to go thru training or something. PLEASE.

This place was dirty with food all over the floor. Our food was luke warm. Staff was not friendly. We were only one in line and staff just looked at us and finally took our order. Watched them drop order on floor and just kick it off to side with foot.

I am absolutely fed up with this location. It is by far the worst in Pearland. I’ve had multiple issues with my orders being wrong, but what happened on 11/7/2025 was completely unacceptable. I ordered chocolate milk, and when I got home, I noticed it was expired since 7/31/2025 — over three months past the date!

I’ve submitted complaints online multiple times, yet no one ever contacts me. When I tried to call and report the issue, the woman who answered the phone was just as careless as the rest of the staff. I told her repeatedly that I wanted to file a complaint, and she kept asking me if I wanted to file a complaint — as if she wasn’t listening at all!

This is beyond frustrating. Someone needs to take this seriously. I’m tired of being ignored and brushed off. Selling expired products and having staff who don’t care is completely unacceptable. I expect a manager or someone higher up to reach out to me immediately to address this issue.

I went through the drive-thru at this Whataburger recently. The line was long, but that was fine — I expected to wait a bit. When I got my food, the fries were a little cold, but I didn’t make a big deal of it.

However, when I went to take a bite of my burger, I realized there was no meat on it at all — just the toppings and bun. I drove back through the line since the inside was busy and explained nicely what happened. The employee told me to pull up to the second window, asked for the burger back, and then took it to the back.

A minute later, he handed it back — the same burger I had already bitten into, with a patty just thrown in. I was honestly shocked. I expected a new burger to be made, not the same one with a bite taken out of it.

I’ve never been to this location before, and this was a surprising and disappointing experience. I hope management addresses this because I usually love Whataburger and have never had something like this happen before.

We have been waiting in the drive through for over 50 minutes. Everyone in front of us in the Drive-Thru has had to go in and get their food currently we are doing the same thing and foods just sitting on the counter in bags and no one's handing it to customers. this is ridiculous. This is the worst fast food experience I've ever had. It's a school night and we just wanted to get a quick bite on our way home. We have paid $50 to sit here for now over an hour. This is ridiculous this will definitely be the last time I ever come to this Whataburger I have been coming here for years but the service just seems to be getting worse.
