This location was just ok. Whataburger needs to offer more promotions speculate and discounts for customers, as well as give more food for the prices requested. Please train staff to be more friendly, personable, and welcoming with customers to provide a quality customer service experience. Also have more vegetarian options available for customers with special dietary restrictions and offer substitutions and changes for this. As of right now whataburger still does not offer a vegetarian burger option which is unacceptable in today's climate.

Placed my order online for takeout and took 30 minutes to make. The time to actually make and prepare my order only took 1 minute. The 29 minutes were me waiting on an order they stated didn’t see “ or know they had. So I waited while she claimed to tell me they were gonna make it/ they were working on it and 28 minutes later nothing. They looked understaffed and I work retail so I definitely understand and was trying to rationalize with myself, but honestly this experience truly bothered me. Only to receive a monotone “ Sorry about that “.

horrible service overall; this whataburger took incredibly long to attend their customers in drive thru, and responded with attitude. seems like they need to be retrained and need to go thru basic communication skills. Not one thank you or apology whatsoever after taking long to take and give out one single meal.

This is the worst Whataburger ever.
I waited 10 minutes in the drive-through just for them to take my order. Then it was 20 minutes to get my food.
The kids that work there do not care at all and yes, their kids. The worst experience

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration following a very unpleasant experience at your Restaurant 810 location at 3040 Silverlake Village Drive, Pearland, TX 77584, on July 19, 2025, at approximately 4:58 PM via the drive-through.

From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome, disrespected, and undervalued. The staff members on duty displayed a complete lack of professionalism. I was not greeted upon arrival and was instead met with cold stares and unwelcoming attitudes. When I politely asked for more cheese, I was met with visible eye-rolling, sarcasm, and what appeared to be collective ridicule from the entire team. I could see and hear them discussing my request and laughing at me, which felt incredibly humiliating and discriminatory.

The team seemed immature and inattentive, and the lack of sanitary procedures was noticeable and concerning. I left the location feeling disrespected, hurt, and deeply discouraged from returning. This type of service is not only unprofessional — it’s unacceptable.

I am compelled to bring this to your attention because no customer deserves to be treated this way. I hope that you take this matter seriously and implement corrective measures to ensure that other customers do not have to endure the same treatment.

I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this issue is being handled. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Don’t come here and order anytime after 10pm unless you’re ok with very slow customer service. It takes like 20-30 mins to get your food.
