My first time at a Whataburger. The burgers are good, similar to a Culver's Butter Burger. The fries are alright.

Terrible drive-thru experience. Long waits in empty drive-thru lanes. They also have a high frequency of messing up the order.

They don't keep their tables cleaned. It took 20 minutes to get our food,and took 15 min to get hot coffee. Haven't had a day yet going to Whataburger when the coffee is hot. The Whataburger location off of mchard rd.the manager refused to give me a 16 oz coffee for the military only gave me a 12 oz senior coffee.

Tried to order a salad for lunch without carrots an was told that salads were pre made no that's not true because I get it this way all the time at the other location just stop here because I was coming from bucees. Horrible service

The ran out of gravy they wanted to sub with something else. Nope, question is how? Have to wait about 7 minute for another batch. The told us after they ran our card. Also, the sprite was out.

The customer service and wait time absolutely sucks! The food is fine, but the entire crew needs to be fired or the training staff. This is unacceptable to wait 12 minutes just to place your order in drive-thru, and to be honest receiving your food when ordering within the store is no better.
Management needs to fix this!

The pico de gallo burger is FIRE! And I got it for free with a coupon in the app. I will get that burger again!
