Today I had to get lunch at this location, and I had to meet PETE! he was helping delivering the meals and drinks, he was funny, polite and it was a pleasure to encounter him when most of the time this world is full of upset-angry people. Hope you appreciate him as an employee! I asked him his name because he delivered a good customer service. :)

The worst Whataburger I have been to. I ordered online right before I got there so the order would be fresh. When I pulled up to the drive thru, there were about 7 cars in line with me being the second from the menu speaker. It still took over 25 minutes to get to the window and get my food. It seems every time I go to this Whataburger the wait is always long. Got home and food was wrong. Will never go back to this one again.

Drive through courtesy is horrible. They have teenagers on the drive thru who are very rude and messing up orders as well. E. Mertz was the manager on duty we came inside to express our concern for this rude behavior and he did not do anything to reprimand the employee after two customers were inside due to the lack of service rendered. Other concerns. Instead of walking the food to customers they tell you to come inside to get your order. And teenagers are visiting with their friends during their time of work and no one is keeping the students aka employees on track to render great service.

I haven’t been to a place so bad when it comes to service in a very long time. Not only did they get my order wrong but they left things out. Also, there are two line in drive thru. I got into the right lane which was only 3 cars ahead of me. Left lane had 4 cars. Every car including mine in the right lane sat while everyone in left lane not only receive Ls their orders but 3 more cars came up and received theirs as well before us. Worst service I’ve dealt with in a very long time. Not sure how they stay in business. If I could give negative rating I would

Horrible! We sat over an hour in the drive through stuck because they have Two lines and only were servicing the lane close to the window and forgot the second lane. Absolutely horrible service never again will i eat
