Missing food in our order. When I called the manager lady was so rude. She offered $10 refund but we just wanted the items. Food was cold and they forgot our ranch which is the main reason for going. Wonât go back.

Just called to cancel an order cause I mistakenly placed it at the wrong pickup location. Then again to ask how long it takes for the refund to go back on my card. And got hung up. Couldâve just said âone momentâ and ask a manager and not hang up on the phone like that.

I ordered boneless wings 8 piece and they gave me bone in and I called and they said just to come in the next day for my refund, I come in the following day for my refund and they say I need to bring the food back and the receipt that's absurd they miss inform and are not willing to help.

This place is the perfect place to go eat with friends and family. Would 100% recommend this establishment and I will be coming back
This location is an absolute joke. The online order tells you one time, yet you get there and itâs never ready or even remotely close to being ready. You get an extra 30 minutes some times over 60 minutes added to your wait. If you want a refund because you donât have the time to wait, get ready to wait 20-30 minutes to get your refund, if your lucky your food might just make it before your refund does. If you canât keep up with demand, then you should turn off the option to order online rather than hold people hostage for their food/refund.
