Ordered 10 wings and got 8 steroid sized drums and just 2 flats. Ask for extra well done fries…received cold soggy fries. They aren’t even trying at this location.

2nd time they messed up my order, first time okay whatever small mistake. 2nd time? That 20 piece meal deal, I don't understand how you can confuse 20 boneless wings for 6 wings? Then offered store credit, I get trying to appeal to the customer, but an error like this that's their responsibility. One that was EASILY avoidable if they paid the slightest attention. To whoever orders from here, good luck with them getting it right or even having a decent attitude when you call to complain.

From 11:30 pm trying to call no one pick up

Ordered online at 7:24pm, received immediate email confirmation, showed up for order at 7:40pm and was told they did not have an order for me. An employee then checked their printer and said "Oh it just came in". Then I was told it would be another 14 minutes to make my order with no offer of a discount for their mistake and waste of my time. Unacceptable customer service.UPDATE: 2 years later (12/20/16) I tried again, show up at their stated pick-up time, employee looks at me like I'm crazy and says the order is not ready, someone orders after me and gets their food before.....should have known!ANOTHER UPDATE: Man, we're a glutton for punishment with this place (4/14/24). We ordered DoorDash and almost one hour into the order (?!?! already unrealistically late) I was sent a notice that my order was cancelled.
Thought the first time here was just a busy time and was why service was slow. Came back at opening 11am to 40 minutes for 12 wings. Order takee had an attitude to boot. Done with this location.

Beware of Adrianna Very Rude Woman who has no respect for customer complaints. She will give you a horrible attitude if you have any concerns and will hang up on if call on the phone. Worst wing stop in Pearland.
