Ordered online at 7:24pm, received immediate email confirmation, showed up for order at 7:40pm and was told they did not have an order for me. An employee then checked their printer and said "Oh it just came in". Then I was told it would be another 14 minutes to make my order with no offer of a discount for their mistake and waste of my time. Unacceptable customer service.UPDATE: 2 years later (12/20/16) I tried again, show up at their stated pick-up time, employee looks at me like I'm crazy and says the order is not ready, someone orders after me and gets their food before.....should have known!ANOTHER UPDATE: Man, we're a glutton for punishment with this place (4/14/24). We ordered DoorDash and almost one hour into the order (?!?! already unrealistically late) I was sent a notice that my order was cancelled.

Beware of Adrianna Very Rude Woman who has no respect for customer complaints. She will give you a horrible attitude if you have any concerns and will hang up on if call on the phone. Worst wing stop in Pearland.

The woman behind the counter was so cheerful. Wish I got her name. She was smiling as soon as she approached the counter and made me feel welcomed. My food was hot and delicious! My order was accurate and sister wait more than the expected completion time given on the phone. Loved it!

I waited at the counter to talk to someone for what seemed like 15 minutes while the femaleworkers were gossiping. I said “Hello” three times very politely to try to grab a worker’s attention, to which the worker laughed and responded “Hi” or “Hola”. A worker looked back at me and saw that I clearly was waiting and turned around to continue gossiping with her coworker. Then proceeded to speak in Spanish amongst each other and purportedly, I could hear some bits about me. When someone finally came to the counter where I was waiting, I told them with a smile on my face that everything was totally fine, but my chicken was raw and I couldn’t eat it, so I was going to throw my whole meal away. I didn’t ask for a refund, didn’t ask for anything, and was very polite about it and told them that I just wanted to let someone know. The worker laughed and just said “Ok”. Other customers seemed to feel bad for my situation. The workers here are not professional, the bathrooms are dirty, the tables sticky, and food quality is subpar.

Just ordered 30 pack family meal and received 10 wings that were not Spicy Korean. I called the restaurant and the manager Jessica told me that she “thinks” I got the right kind. No one asked her to think when I already told her what I received. I’m done with Wing Stop. Food is too expensive these days to play around with my money.
The spicy Korean is not right. The wings were tiny. Not worth the money. This is the worst Wingstop place we ever ordered.

Absolute worst location and even worse customer service. Supervisor on duty/manager whomever she believes she is definitely doesn’t need to be employed anywhere that customers are involved. First and last time patronizing this location. I love wing stop too. I will continue to visit the locations I’m familiar with. Higher up Management definitely needs to look into what’s going on at this location.
