Fast service for pic up
I’ve been to wingstop many many times before, today was probably my worst experience. Let’s start with the good, I like how they have a digital board that tells you where your order is in line. The girls working at the front today September 22 around 7 pm were very friendly and I appreciate that because that’s hard to find now a days. My beef (or chicken?) comes from the food and only the food. I got bone-in wings mild and they had absolutely no flavor at all. When I bit into a wing, even though the wing was colored orange it tasted like I was biting into an unseasoned piece of chicken. It was actually inedible but because I already had to wait 15 minutes past my pick up time I wasn’t going to complain. Their blue cheese dressing hardly has any blue cheese chunks, and I feel like they’ve changed up their seasoning on their fries. It’s sweeter now and not as tangy.
All in all, there are many other wing places within a 5 mile radius of me, and even though the service was great, i can’t justify paying almost 30 dollars for wings that have no flavor, and that comes in a container full of nothing but oil at the bottom of it. I understand if all the sauce was at the bottom of the to go box, but when I dipped my chicken in whatever was pooling in the container it was just straight oil 🤮

I go to wingstop for the fries, because the wings are hit or miss over cooked. I looked in the bag to check my food and these burger king looking fries were staring at me. I walked to the car and tried one to see if I was going crazy. Went back in because... no... they said that's how they are now. Frozen fries instead of fresh. Im not sure that I'll go back. I was already appaled when they took the rolls away. Still thinking I was crazy I went to tiktok because everything is true there. Nobody likes these new frozen fries. Wingstop Corporate needs to fix this... reply when the real fries come back. Chicken was cooked fine this time but I was mad the whole meal. 😤

didn’t appear very busy when i arrived, come to find out there were 16 orders ahead of me even at the latest arrival time. not trying to place blame or point fingers, but there was clearly something wrong and this store needs more help. staff seemed to be in good spirits waiting for food to cook…but didn’t seem to give any type of explanation as to what was going on. one employee offered drinks to those waiting, others seemed to not care too much. just frustrating :/
I put my order in online and I had my husband pick it up. When he gets home with the order and I start preparing my food I see I'm missing 9 wings. I call the Wingstop to tell them what they did and she (Jackie) ask me can I bring the order back. I told her I can bring the order back and didn't have a problem doing that, then I asked her was she going to remake my whole order because the food will be cold by the time I bring them the food. Jackie proceeds to say jold on, and when she came back she says no, we will only make what you're missing. You messed up my order and you want to inconvenience me by having me return to your location to. This is Very Poor customer service. You didn't take the time to ensure the order was fixed correctly and you don't value my time. I know someone has to be over this location to where you can speak to someone other than the employees that work there. They have a lack of concern for their errors and for the customers.

This absolutely the worst location I've been to worldwide! I travel all over the world and I have never been to a Wingstop location that is so slow and unprofessional. I definitely will spread the word for customers to visit better locations! Pathetic!
It’s always something seemingly going on. I called to place an order and they said they’re only taking walk ins, so I moved forward with that. I walk in to place an order and they tell me they can’t make my order the way I want. “We can’t do all flats”, since when? Always something inconveniencing customers at this location and they’re never that busy.
To get all the way home and have the incorrect order is a piss off. It was not busy, I was literally the only customer. Shake on me for not checking my order before I left. I only stopped at this location because it was conveniently located. Never again. Food is too expensive to have to pay for incorrect orders.
I ordered over the phone. My order took over 40 minutes for me to get home and the order is wrong when I walked in were standing around talking so I would’ve never thought it would’ve taken my order that long and it would be wrong. They were moving very slow and it wasn’t even busy. Why away to the other instead of close by my house because they have bad service even when you call and hang up on you two or three times you have to keep calling back. I don’t know if they have a lot of young people working there, but the service is horrible. I tried it for the second time is still a bad experience so they don’t have to worry about me wasted anymore money the food was terrible. It was wrong, the service was terrible. I would encourage anybody to go to Wingstop. Whoever the manager is should quit
