It’s always something seemingly going on. I called to place an order and they said they’re only taking walk ins, so I moved forward with that. I walk in to place an order and they tell me they can’t make my order the way I want. “We can’t do all flats”, since when? Always something inconveniencing customers at this location and they’re never that busy.

To get all the way home and have the incorrect order is a piss off. It was not busy, I was literally the only customer. Shake on me for not checking my order before I left. I only stopped at this location because it was conveniently located. Never again. Food is too expensive to have to pay for incorrect orders.

I ordered over the phone. My order took over 40 minutes for me to get home and the order is wrong when I walked in were standing around talking so I would’ve never thought it would’ve taken my order that long and it would be wrong. They were moving very slow and it wasn’t even busy. Why away to the other instead of close by my house because they have bad service even when you call and hang up on you two or three times you have to keep calling back. I don’t know if they have a lot of young people working there, but the service is horrible. I tried it for the second time is still a bad experience so they don’t have to worry about me wasted anymore money the food was terrible. It was wrong, the service was terrible. I would encourage anybody to go to Wingstop. Whoever the manager is should quit

Didn’t want to give me a refund after they clearly played in my food. There shouldn’t be a puddle of grease with my wings. The employee would rather fight me, than give me a refund. Went to jail behind a refund. Literally did nothing wrong. They caused the situation to escalate.

Worse experience ever. 1st I ordered 6 piece traditional lemon pepper hot but I got boneless instead. 2 I ordered 6 piece boneless BBQ . There was so much BBQ sauce on the I had to scrapp it off.. it it wasn't so far from my house u would have returned it

I called not even 30 mins before they closed to place an order for pick up just to be told “wE’rE nOt TaKiNg AnYmOrE oRdErS” lol. I took the liberty of going in-store to place the order and lo and behold they took. As i was waiting for my order that they so called “couldn’t take”, 2 more orders came through and I overheard the manager say some not very nice things and witnessed the manager call the customers not even 20 minutes before they closed telling the customers that they had to cancel their orders because “it was time to go home”. Mind you they still had at least 20 mins left till closing. I didn’t appreciate being lied to over the phone if they were going to take my order either way, and as for the other customers whose orders got cancelled, i’m sorry you weren’t able to get your wings.
