My last few visit here have been amazing!!! The food is always hot and fresh, this last visit was short of that experience I’m familiar with. Both orders of tenders were filled with grease and the tenders didn’t have flavor on one side because of this which was very upsetting being that my family and I come here a lot because of the cleanliness, food and service!

This is by far the slowest wingstop i have been to in houston , not sure if this location is just understaffed but i been here 4 times and every single time they mark the orders on their screen as ready just to be told they are not ready so that the time does’nt look bad on their end

Called to place an order, they then told me they're only doing online or place in. We then went to place an order in person, just to be told they're only doing online orders. Then with a nasty attitude she finally decided to go onto the register and place our order. Terrible customer service, and communication.

Wingstop food is usually what you’d expect from Wingstop, but my recent experiences on December 2 and again on December 3 around 5:30 p.m. were disappointing. There were two young ladies working, and I observed them playing on their phones, touching their hair, checking out customers at the register, and then handling food without washing their hands in between. The sanitary practices did not seem up to standard, and I’m concerned enough that I’m considering reporting this to the health inspector.

Very disappointed in this establishment and the way they handled a situation. I am a regular here and have been going to this particular store for years at this point.
When I entered the store on 11/24/25. I noticed the whole staff was not wearing any PPE and cleaning, touching the trash, mopping and cleaning the bathrooms with no gloves while also handling the food, which is extremely unsanitary.
When I politely asked that they use gloves to handle my food i was met with an attitude and told no at first. When I insisted they “said” they would wear the gloves.
I stepped out briefly after placing my order, when I came back to pick up my order - they still had no gloves on.
I recommend going to another Wingstop where they take safety and food compliance seriously.
I will be reaching out to the corporate office to notify them of my experience.

I had time today and wanted to share my appreciation for great customer service. Personally I am always pleased with service at this location, but today I wanted to shout out Keyerr’a! She showed excellent customer service which many food and beverage establishments lack! She was knowledgeable, kind, attentive, able to multitask during a high volume time and respectful! A shining gem to have at this location in our area! Thank you Keyerr’a

It is 10.59 pm, Tuesday night i went into the wingstop at 12568 Broadway street, suite 170, Pearland,Texas to order food I asked for 15 piece all flats . The on duty manager said that said she was the manager tells me , she doesn't feel like , cooking all flats , I said excuse me . Then she just ignores me when I'm trying to make a carryout delivery. I asked her for name but she refused 7 times to give it to me. If you're in Pearland Texas, I strongly suggest you not give your business to a place that will hire such rude and low brow , disrespectful, people. I or my family or friends will never go here again until that manager is identified and fired. We will be following up with the home office.

I’ve been to wingstop many many times before, today was probably my worst experience. Let’s start with the good, I like how they have a digital board that tells you where your order is in line. The girls working at the front today September 22 around 7 pm were very friendly and I appreciate that because that’s hard to find now a days. My beef (or chicken?) comes from the food and only the food. I got bone-in wings mild and they had absolutely no flavor at all. When I bit into a wing, even though the wing was colored orange it tasted like I was biting into an unseasoned piece of chicken. It was actually inedible but because I already had to wait 15 minutes past my pick up time I wasn’t going to complain. Their blue cheese dressing hardly has any blue cheese chunks, and I feel like they’ve changed up their seasoning on their fries. It’s sweeter now and not as tangy.
All in all, there are many other wing places within a 5 mile radius of me, and even though the service was great, i can’t justify paying almost 30 dollars for wings that have no flavor, and that comes in a container full of nothing but oil at the bottom of it. I understand if all the sauce was at the bottom of the to go box, but when I dipped my chicken in whatever was pooling in the container it was just straight oil 🤮

I go to wingstop for the fries, because the wings are hit or miss over cooked. I looked in the bag to check my food and these burger king looking fries were staring at me. I walked to the car and tried one to see if I was going crazy. Went back in because... no... they said that's how they are now. Frozen fries instead of fresh. Im not sure that I'll go back. I was already appaled when they took the rolls away. Still thinking I was crazy I went to tiktok because everything is true there. Nobody likes these new frozen fries. Wingstop Corporate needs to fix this... reply when the real fries come back. Chicken was cooked fine this time but I was mad the whole meal. 😤
