Hands down best quality sushi in Pearland! They even have items you’d normally find only in high end sushi restaurants. 10/10 coming

Sushi was ok at best, though it was fresh. The restaurant itself was small under 25 tables, waited a long time for the food because the sushi bar was "behind". NOT worth $100.00+ Only 3 waitstaff and only 1 knew what she was doing and the best she could without alot of help from the others.

The new Next Level Ahi is different perfectly spicy and absolutely delicious. It's a more expensive roll, but it's worth the price. I am excited to come back to try the Way of the Dragon.

This is my first time visiting Yellowtail, but it won't be my last. I enjoyed the quaint space, kind patrons, and great service from the chef and waitstaff. I enjoyed my Gyoza, super shaggy roll, and crunchy chicken roll. I'm more of a cooked meats person and everything was perfection. I will be back! The prices were reasonable for the fresh, quality ingredients you get.

Not only is this the best sushi restaurant in Pearland, but it is in the too 10 sushi restaurants in Houston (and all the surrounding suburbs). Trying Yellowtail is a must!
I highly recommend Yellowtail for sushi and ramen! Lots of great options and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The service quality was truly exceptional, I cannot wait to come back again.
Yellowtail has been a life changer for my tastebuds! I'm from Las Vegas where we have a multitude of sushi and Ramen shops; none come close in comparison to Yellowtail! I had the Chef's Special Ramen and the Electric Eel-- two astounding dishes. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone!

Cute and cozy sushi-ramen spot. There are a space for 30 people, I guess, not too big not too small, just right. We ordered Texas roll and Spicy chicken ramen. I dont know why it is called Texas roll, I expect it contains spicy sauce or something highlight from the state. Like California roll, they promote shrimp and avocado - it is very California thing. Hehe. The ramen broth is yummy, a little bit buttery and chicken fatty I spot on but overall, more than my expectation. I might be back here to try other dishes. They have counter seat which suits date nights (if you dont know what to talk to each other, just talk to the chef - two birds one stone ??)

Pleasant surprise for a local sushi restaurant in the suburbs. The sushi was very fresh and even the sushi rice was fresh compared to the stale rice you get at other locations. It's a small operation so the food doesn't come out blazingly fast, but I am totally OK to wait a bit for freshly made quality food. The ramen was good too and the server was super nice. Definitely will be back!
As a sushi eater from Toronto, I found the sushi and rolls satisfactory. However, I felt the taste was average, and the pricing did not align with the overall flavor. Specifically, the diced shrimp tempura ($12) with red spice did not complement the original tempura taste. In contrast, the shrimp tempura with vegetables was more enjoyable ($18). Furthermore, I was disappointed by the unpleasant taste of the refilled ginger, which detracted from my overall enjoyment. Despite these points, I must commend the excellent customer service. In summary, I would rate this establishment 3.5 out of 5, considering the positives and the areas for improvement.

Tried all other ramen spots in the Shadow Creek Pearland 10mile area and none compare. The broth is cared for tenderly, the pork cashu are the perfect cuts and melts in your mouth, no stone left unturned here, many elements of the bowl made by hand in house. Matt crushed it as our server and had answers for all our questions, super knowledgeable and attentive
