Pros: tasty donuts, tasty milkshakes, rich satisfying treats, interesting concept and menuCons: nasty tables, customers leaving trash everywhere, very noisyWhile the drinks are super thick and rich (and satisfying) it's not worth putting up with the noise. Fortunately there's some outdoor seating. Otherwise just get your stuff and go. Cleanliness behind the counter was great, they just need to work on cleaning tables more, because lots of people bring kids in here and kids are super messy.Parking: You're not likely to find a space in front of the store, but there is plenty of parking nearby, so you'll have to walk.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Kids are constantly running around screaming and this is considered fine.

Will not be coming back. Customer service was horrible. Bigger lady was very rude and not helpful. She wasn’t even in the building when I got there then didn’t even greet us. Donut wasn’t bad but customer service was so awful I will not come again!!

It is amazingly delicious just too sweet to me but mind you, I am not sweet tooth, I still manage to have a half of that without any regret. The store is cute and fun, all girls behind the counter are super friendly and attentive. They have a small bell inside the store, you can ring them, it sounds clingy happy. I definitely go back to this store again to try different flavor. Always bring friends if you want to try as many as you can. Oh, ice-cream, wayyyyy yummyy!!!

The place is cute, the girls who helped us were awesome.Right when we came in she explained everythinggggg!Sadly it was really cold and windy, so I couldn’t really try the smash donut.So we got donuts and they were yummy!My boyfriend got the banana cream and Boston creamI had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and samoaI will definitely will come back to try the donuts with ice cream

I never post reviews that's not my thing but man this place sucks everything is so expensive and it taste so badddd waited almost 40 min for 3 drinks out they mind.
Had it twice and it’s not very consistent. First time I went and I was blown away with the amount of ice cream and the freshness of the donuts and the generous toppings. Then took my family there and was disappointed that the donuts were stale and the portions were very small and stingy on the toppings.

If I could no stars I would . My niece and her family went and they had gnats and bugs in the donuts and they got a refund but the lady in the front already was acting like she already knew. So I would be careful when you go or not go at all. It sucks because this place is new and it’s not good look for there business.
