Yummy Pho & Bo Ne

After they raised the price of the yummy pho from $14.99 to$18.99 the quality has gone down. They will give you the smallest short rib unlike the picture on the menu. I Asked to send it back to the kitchen and request bigger piece and they somehow came out with a smaller piece :( for almost $20 it was not a good bowl and there was barely any noodles. I hope management will be careful at this location because it is not good like katy or even Baybrook

I was extremely disappointed about the food and the services today. We were order 3 Bo Ne and only add 2 more french baguettes but it took almost 20 minutes for the 2 extra baguettes to be out and it so dry and cold that we can’t eat it. The food took even longer and was served cold. When I mentioned the issue, this guy in the picture tried to ignore us, he seemed annoyed and offered no real apology or solution. There was no effort to check on us during the meal, and it felt like we were invisible to the entire staff. This guy was rude, attitude, uninterested, and didn’t apologize for any of the mistakes. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever had !

Mid food. The fish sauce smelled like straight diarrhea, had to have been expired… C health inspection rating so eat at your own risk. Hoping I don’t get food poisoning.

Food is good and price is good but service lacks…. It was actually pretty bad. Waitress didn’t check on our table, not even once or ask if we needed anything else, no refills, and I had to get up to pay. It wasn’t busy, at all, I would’ve understood if they were busy.

I wanted to share some feedback about my visit to your restaurant yesterday. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of the positive ones I’ve had during previous visits.

The young man working the register was curt, which left me feeling as though my presence was an inconvenience. While waiting for my food, I observed him and a waitress standing behind the counter laughing and playing while preparing drinks for a table. Additionally, I noticed some concerning hygiene practices: the young man rubbed his finger and the back of his hand across his nose several times, then scratched under his armpit before going into the kitchen to retrieve an order and deliver it to a table.

This behavior felt unprofessional and unsanitary. I recommend revisiting sanitation training for all employees, as well as emphasizing the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor while on duty.

I hope this feedback is helpful and taken in the spirit of improvement. I can’t necessarily say that my friends and family will return, however I hope my feedback promotes positive change within the establishment.

First time here and we were quite taken by the friendliness, cleanliness and service. Staff welcome you with a warm smile and immediately ready to take your order. The food is so very delicious!! 😋. We have found our new go to Pho restaurant.
