Cool that you can get a split cup and have two different drinks if you can't decide.Not as cool that all of the drinks are premade and you can't select a sugar level. Be aware if you're not into overly sweet beverages, no alternatives.

My experience at Zero Degrees the other day was terrible. The workers there were unprofessional and rude. My friend and I went to buy a drink with lactose free options and in turn got whispers and laughs against us. While making the drink the girl spilt it all over the counter and instead of making a new one, she starting pouring ingredients into the cup without specific proportions. It ended up tasting like watered down milk tea. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

We love Zero Degrees but this location is always missing ingredients or some of their equipment is not working. Also we came in tonight at 9pm and they said they were closed because they needed to clean, when their closing time is actually 9:30pm. They should change their hours of operations or lock the doors if they are closed.

Great Boba tea spot! The Mexican inspired fusion is very interesting to me. Drinks are usually good size with great Boba and flavor! The food is pretty average. I typically get the crispy chicken which is okay. The staff is friendly and quick. My last order was missing Boba initially, but they were responsive and gave me more. Very chill vibes and nice environment to just socialize.

My sister and I tried the honey bbq popcorn chicken combo with a mango green tea. The portion size was big; we didn't even finish the plate so definitely shareable! Mango green tea was good but I wasn't a big fan of the small pieces of fruit inside of the drink. I would get it with boba next time.

This was my first time at thjs location and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there was a terrible smell. Other than that there is plenty of parking and seating inside and out. I got the pina colada drink and it was so good, I’m pretty sure there are pineapple chunks in it and they made the drink even better!
